The customer service gave me a quote. The day before the appointment, the customer service called and told me there would be a charge much higher than the original quote. I think they were expensive for just replacing a box in my outlet. The technicians who came to the house were professional, pleasant and nice. They came on time and did a good job.

Sylvester Electric technicians were skilled, professional and explained all their proposed and completed work very clearly and helpfully. I would definitely use them again.

William and Elfredo were amazingly patient with me. I was nervous and they helped me get exactly what I wanted. I already gave thier names to 2 friends. They were fantastic.

Sylvester Electric, Inc sense you text messages updates with when the electrician(s) will come to your home as well as a photo of them so you know who to expect. They were very friendly but also got straight to work. They have plenty of experience and work hard. They even accommodate certain requests. I requested they didn't put the electric panel on the front of my home even though that seemed like the only place it could go but they came up with alternative solutions to make it pass inspection, make it legal and still make it exactly what I asked for. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends and family.

The work was done quiclky and done well. They were able to install a ceiling fan without butting holes in the walls. They installed a new thermostat, as my old one was not working properly. Most importantly, they change a circuit in my electrical panel that was causing lights to flicker. They only issue was that they told me they had to diagnose my circuit issue and charged an additional $400, even when we knew it was the one circuit.

Electricians were friendly and dedicated.

the technicians that came to my home were very knowlegeable, friendly and helpful and took the time to patiently answer my questions. i would be happy to recommend Sylvester Electric. i also appreciated how the company kept in touch , confirming and letting me know when they were on the way. they were all very professional.

This company should be barred from Angi as I had 3 items on my list I did one and not two as they quoted over 1500 for two hours worth of labor. I had all of the materials.

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get the job done right.
