The estimate was higher than home advisor gave me. Installer had to check with his office to see if he could use 15% coupon. No problem with quality of work-very polite, professional.

We had Sylvester perform electrical work for outside lighting and baseboard heating in two rooms. Tim and Alex were not only professional, but extremely polite and friendly...they were trust worthy. We'll come back to Sylvester in a heart beat for our next project.

Don t hire them. A diagnostic cost nearly $600. I didn t ask to see their licenses but should have.

I had called for service on my fire detectors which were going off. After misunderstanding the seriousness of the issue, Sylvester never showed. They came the next day and did a wonderful job.

Carlos arrived early, went right to work after removing wet shoes and intoducing himself and evaluated the job. He proceeded to preform the required work, completing on time and showing us that the job was completed as requested. He was very knowlegable and pleasant, cleaning the work area after completing the job. I would definatly hire him again him if a reqirement comes up.

This company stood me up twice and wasted my two production days. First time called last minute of wait window to ask to reschedule, and second time no show w/out even a text msg. Not trustworthy at all.
