My technicians Matt and Ryan solved a very difficult electrical problem caused by an untrained DIY person that tapped into a three way switch circuit. Their safety inspection revealed another issue I was unaware of that they corrected. While they were there I also had them run a dedicated 20 amp circuit to the kitchen to support a new air fryer oven. They did that without leaving a mark on the walls. I delayed painting until after the electrical work but probably didn't have to. Very happy, will use them again when I have more electrical work.

Unable to do job because of design if old system. But good good at updating me on new codes and why they couldnâ t do work.

The installation was neat and clean and installers were professional and friendly. There was a hiccup when the globe installation to my ceiling fan was cracked but Sylvester replaced the globe with a new one. There are confirmation texts the day before appointments that you need to confirm or else your appointment is cancelled. I would definitely have them back if I needed more electrical work and I highly recommend them.

This was 3 way switch repair And other work combined, including bath fan wiring and smoke detectors. They both did great job. Very patient and friendly. Courtesy Safety check is helpful. I would hire them again.

Came out same day after a storm knocked out our power for almost 3 days, to replace fried breakers and install a surge protector in electrical panel. Very pleased with my entire experience.

Damir was a highly skilled electrician and problem-solver. He recommended prudent upgrades, but also just provided information for projects I can do myself. He installed a new sub-panel, wired in a 30-amp outlet for my electric clothes dryer, fixed the doorbell tranformer, installed a new switch-outlet-light fixture in the attic, and helped install my Ring Floodlight Security cams. And he did it with a smile! Great service! highly recommended.

There were two electricians for safety. They knew immediately I needed a new fan and helped me pick one online and plan to come a few days after the fan will be delivered

Good Quality job and service

I hired Sylvester Electric to install a ceiling fixture in my front foyer that was 18 feet off the floor. I also wanted a price to install four can lights in my dining room. Sylvester Electric was unable to provide even basic pricing ahead of time and charged a fee to come to the house to give me a price. Because the holidays were bearing down on us and we needed the job done, I reluctantly agreed and scheduled them for the following week. On the morning I expected them, the office called and told me my electrician had called out sick. My beautiful fixture would not be installed for the holidays as I had hoped, but we rescheduled the electrician. When they finally came out to do the job they quoted my $900 for the fixture install and "Up to $6,000" for the rest of the job. I was stunned, passed on installing the four can lights, but needed the foyer light up. It took them three hours to do the install, which included what I perceived to be too many trips back to the truck for tools or to call the office. I will not do business with Sylvester Electric again.

I hired Sylvester electric because there was no electricity in 2/3rds of my house. It turns out water got into the electrical panel which caused the outage. Originally, I was quite disappointed with the work, since I did not feel the outside meter box was sealed as promised. After complaining to the office, the Owner of the company did a really good job of listening and sent another electrician to seal the outside box and patiently answer all my questions. Now I can say I would recommend them.

I didn't shop around for price so I'm not sure if it was a great price, but I believe it was fair. I'm please with the work.
