I replaced oil boiler by RPM heating and cooling. They were very responsive and professional. Our master bedroom was cold even though we set the thermostat in high temperature. The piping system must have been wrong. The company not just replaced the boiler they also fixed the valve system. After boiler replacement, our master bedroom is as warm as any room. I highly recommend the company.

I was looking to replace my 28 year old boiler and hot water heater... George, Matt and crew were quite responsive from the start... Matt came out within a day or so of my initial call to survey the job. I had a written proposal a day or so later. After waiting for about a month to get several other estimates I chose RPM based on their work proposal, cost and their overall responsiveness to questions, etc. Matt and crew removed my old system and installed the new boiler and an indirect water heater in a day. The final job was clean and appears very well done. My family is happy to have nice hot showers again. The real test will come when the cold weather sets in, but based on what I've seen so far, I anticipate we will continue to be very satisfied customers.

RPM Heating and Cooling replaced a central A/C system for the second floor of our home. They were very professional, customer-centric, and knowledgeable. RPMâ s proposal was reasonable and the installation went smoothly. RPM workers are very punctual with and we highly recommend this company.

RPM does what they say, when they say. This is all too RARE when dealing with contractors of any kind in the Northeast. Communication was work quality were both top-notch. The techs left me with a bit of a mess to clean up, and an oil stain on the driveway from the old A/C coil, which is the only reason I knocked off 1/2 star. I would use RPM again, and that's the best endorsement one can give.

Very up front and honest

RPM did a great job installing a conventional air conditioning system in my 30-year old home. I found them to be responsive, prompt, fair and professional. I highly recommend RPM.

I contacted RPM/Matt because my 2-year-old Lochinvar furnace was making vibrating noises. He said that it needed maintenance and told me the service would be $200. He was at my house on time for the service. Apparently, he did the maintenance but charged 50% more than what he quoted me, saying the furnace was dirtier than he anticipated. I was very disappointed with the extra $100 and he agreed to refund $50, which he never did. The noise never went away, he came back to do some calibration but the noise continued. He was scheduled to come back again and never showed up despite his assurances. The same situation happened twice. I found this very unprofessional since we all have a job and taking time off to wait for someone that would not show up is not the way to conduct business. I needed to contact someone else to do the same job that he was supposed to do, to begin with. I felt I was ripped off on the services RPM/Matt performed at my house. I would not recommend this company!

Experienced, knowledgeable, explains things well.

We were down and out, no heat or hot water. Matt came in and assured us it was no problem even though it was for us. Came in at a great price, was efficient, communicated throughout and now we have everything we need and it looks and runs great. Will use him in the future and you should as well.

Came in after hours to look at our problem and was able to get us up and running the next week to due an opening in his schedule. Heat Pump is working great. The problem was correctly diagnosed and fixed.

Matt responded quickly to give us an estimate. He installed a ductless air conditioner on the exact day he promised he would come. I would recommend him for his knowledge of product and for his excellent customer service.

I had a oil steam boiler installed for 8,000.00. It?s was not installed correctly because 1-2 times a day the water level will be low and the furnace will cut off. I made several attempt to have him come back, he told me he will come the next day, but never shows up. Once I contacted Home advisor he showed up immediately to resolve the issue. If your looking for a reliable heating company. RPM HEAT IS NOT IT!!!

Matt called back within an hour of my request, although he said he wasn't sure he could fix today, he would come check to see what needed to be done. He followed up twice during the day and was able to fix the broken steam pipe within an hour after he arrived. He was easy to talk to and very customer service oriented. I would definitely recommend him.
