They corrected a few problems with the prior installation and left a neat, attractive and very professional looking installation behind. It could only have been improved if they had charged less. I called RPM and three other Plumbing companies after the jackass oil company tech blew up my furnace. Matt of RPM was the first to respond and when told of my problem of no hot water or heat stated "whats the address I will be right there". We met he examined my 28+ year old system, gave me two or three honest alternatives with the third being replacement. Matt told me of energy rebate available and how more efficient a new system would be and I opted for that . Seven hours later my new system was up and running on the same Friday I called. He took great care in disconnecting old system in not further flooding cellar floor and left area in better shape. We agreed he would come back to finish zone tie ins and old system removal the following Tuesday (Mon. holiday) he arrived at 9 and was all done and gone by noon.
