Terrible, he did respond quickly, promised to do the job with excavator & fix pipe. So I canceled on manual labor. Went to town to work out the last details & he canceled on me last minute on day of service. His secretary called and said that he doesn't have people to do the job, they are on vacation. Poor excuse since he assured me he would do it himself and has 40 yrs experience. He was going to move the excavation machine from another job, so my job turned out not worth his time and left me in difficult situation, trying to get sb to dig and fix the leak. This contractor lacks honesty. Understood the job extent the day of commitment and my situation, yet pulled this one on me. The job he quoted $1500 turned out to be all together $600.

SURIANELLO DID THE POOL WORK SCRUPULOUSLY, HAD NECESSARY HEAVY EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE TO CALL UPON WHEN NEEDED, AND PERFORMED ON TIME WHEN PROMISED. HE ALWAYS RESPONDED TO CALLS AND CAME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. AS NEAT AS NATURE OF WORK MADE POSSIBLE. HE IS A REAL GEM, MORE RELIABLE BY FAR THAN MANY IN THE BUSINESS, AND PERSONALLY RESPONSIVE TO CUSTOMER VIEWS. ON SEWER CONNECTION AND DRIVEWAY WORK WAS EQUALLY RESPONSIBLE AND RESPONSIVE. HIS PRICES ALSO HAVE BEEN WELL WITHIN EXPECTATIONS.
