I left a message for Andrew, aware that he might not be in my service area or handle my repair, but since the matter was urgent, I left a voice mail for him saying, "Please call me back, if you can, regardless of whether you can help, since I'll need to call someone else if you can't. I'm desperate!" He called me back promptly (within 15 minutes) explaining that he couldn't help with my job, but taking the time to explain that I needed someone who could fix a drain, not a plumber, explaining that going that route would be less expensive than using a plumber, and recommending that I do that. Really nice of him to call back and share that info! He also had a drain guy he could recommend but said it might cost extra since his person was out of area so that I should call around this area first, see what I could find on my own, only call him back for his name if I struck out. Again, really fair-minded and helpful! Andrew seemed like a genuinely nice guy with ethics. Just thought I'd pass that along for folks who are considering him for a plumbing job.

Arrive exactly as stated. He asked to use the bulkhead for direct entry into the cellar where the work would be done so he would not track any dirt into the home. Arrived with all of the necessary tools, equipment and plumbing parts. Even though he identified a couple of items that could use work in the future, he did not try to sell me on any extra services. Very impressive! Polite. Cleaned up after himself and you would not know anyone had been in the cellar doing work! Splendid.

I bought Angie's List deal. Andrew was responsive. We exchanged some info via Angie's list and the work was scheduled quickly. He came on time and finished the work in less than two hours. Answered my questions and did what we asked for. Was very professional and helpful.

Andrew is VERY responsive to calls and emails. You likely won't go 30 minutes without a response. When I called him for a leak at a rental unit in March 2015 he had me order one hour of service through Angie's List as he had a current discount going on and wanted to save me money. Great first impression. He initially assessed the leak at the rental unit as a bad disposal and noticed the faucet was starting to leak as well. He recommended that be replaced at the same time. I'm a preventative guy, so I was onboard. He asked me to pick up a disposal and faucet and he would return to install in a few days. While I never met with him directly, he was on time for both appointments and seemingly completed all the work satisfactorily. Fast forward 7 months and the new disposal is leaking. It turns out the locking ring wasn't fully locked during install and is slowly loosening, causing a leak. I'm not near the property so I called Plumberboy to resolve the issue. No biggie, it was an innocent mistake and stuff happens. I was expecting great customer service and an "oops I made a mistake and will get there ASAP to fix it." That was not the response I got. Despite providing him a clear picture of the issue from the tenant, he claimed I was "accusatory" and "probably inaccurate" with my diagnosis, I wasn't. Additionally, he made no effort to prioritize the issue and wouldn't look at it for a full week. In the end, I drove 45 minutes each way to resolve his simple mistake myself. Poor follow up customer service. I won't be using Plumberboy again.

He was prompt and friendly. The sink disposal was buzzing but not spinning. There was also a leak coming from disposal. He fixed it all and actually explained how he did it in case I needed to make adjustments in the future. I would definitely hire him again and reccomend Plumberboy to others

Before the appointment, I communicated with Andrew about the washer faucet leaking problem only. During the appointment, he quickly get that done, and helped me with other plumbing works. All things that he took care of worked well so far. I think he know what he is doing and is very dependable.

He was great! Prompt and quick, his work was excellent. We would (and plan to) hire him again in the future!

Andrew arrived at exactly the time promised and exhibited a highly professional, calm and capable demeanor. We did a 5 min walk around the key projects at which point he shared some observations and helpful suggestions. He sized up the projects and went to work quickly. We systematically worked our way from the basement to outdoors and up through the house. He worked quickly and diligently, with two visits to his van for replacement parts (which he had in his voluminous van!). I thought he would take at least 90 mins for the job but he was finished in 35 mins with all results to our satisfaction. The only heads up is he does not handle hair-clogged drains and suggested a Home Depot drain snake option to take care of stubborn clogged drains.

Andrew came at the appointed time and quickly and efficiently did work listed above. He did a lot of work in very little time. I supplied the facuet, tub trim, and two outdoor faucets. He recommended another brand of outdoor faucets but was willing to install the ones I bought (and had researched). The kitchen faucet was a "touch" type which he installed and was surprised that it worked as he said he had installed two others that did not work. I haven't had any problems with it yet. Work plus travel time was 2-1/4 hours; first hour was paid from Angies List big deal; 1-1/4 hour was charged at his regular rate. The price included materials for replacing the copper pipe to an outdoor faucet under the deck. The quality is very high. I would recommend his services.

Andy showed up to my multifamily to work on an apartment which was being remodeled, to replace a fault shower valve and handle. After replacement, the valve was so hard to close that my sister cut her hand on the handle trying to stop water from dripping out. I tried to contact him to repair his work, but he never returned my (multiple) calls. Also, during the appointment he was quite rude, saying that this would be "the only time" I'd see him here because he only works on "nice" places.

Plumberboy Plumbing & Heating Services is excellent. He came out and did a super job on that as well and so I recommend him highly. The big deal played out as it was supposed to. I think that he did that 2 days after the big deal purchase and he was very timely. I already did use them again.

Our experience with Plumberboy was excellent. He is very efficient, knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and went above and beyond our requests. We are happy to finally have found a plumber that knows what he is doing after hiring two plumbers that were sheer disaster. One caused a flood in our basement and the second had to come back after not doing the job correctly the first time. He is the best plumber we have ever had.
