Description of Work: Services were not performed, I purchased it and the company stated that they did not perform the service I was looking for and he told me to get my refund.

Description of Work: Very prompt, friendly and professional. Quoted $2,000-$3,000 to remove existing water tank without installing a replacement unit which is extremely high. He can't install the product I need so didn't go with him. Other than very high price range very pleasant experience.

Description of Work: Andy was prompt and knowledgeable. We did not have the correct size for our tub on his first visit out and he was patient in explaining what he wanted. Another date was set and both visits he was prompt and extremely polite and professional. He has worked with our needs and knows what he is doing. Will use him for any other plumbing needs.

Description of Work: Installed 2 new American Standard toilets I supplied from Home Depot....toilet in upstairs bathroom is leaking within tank from Flushmaster unit and was not flushing properly immediately after plumber installed it.....called plumber about problem the next day and he instructed me to call American Standard customer service to figure out problem... when I called American Standard customer service they diagnosed problem to be faulty Flushmaster unit...and stated that plumber should have seen problem with toilet not flushing properly after installation and that unit was leaking causing the problem of not flushing, American Standard is sending me a new Flushmaster unit I will have to install...my other issue was when I set up the appointment to have toilets installed, I specifically asked the plumber if I had to provide new gaskets and water lines and he said no I did not he would supply new wax gasket and new water lines, and he was half right he did provide the new toilet gaskets but he did not install new water line hoses as promised...he reused old ones. He was a great guy very personal and punctual, but did not live up to expectations and I would not refer him to friends and family...I would be generous with a grade of C for the total experience
