Description of Work: I initially had Andrew come for a routine water heater and boiler check, which he did. I was very happy with him--he was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, etc. He came on a Friday. When I went to the basement on Monday, there was a huge leak from the water tank. It turns that the water heater had failed. While I wasn;t happy about the timing of this, Andrew was available to immediately replace the water heater. I spent $1,000 more than I had planned for his services!

Description of Work: The provider refused to work on my job saying that it would not work out for him. Suggested that I get a refund from Angies list. Giving a D because the software would not allow me to leave without giving an overall grade. This grading is for the experience and not necessarily the provider's ability.

Description of Work: I took the service from Angie's List. I sent email to the service provider and then contacted over the phone. They refused to honor the coupon, may be due to scheduling conflict. They could not honor the coupon at least for another week. I had to call another plumber and get my work done. It is a waste of time with this Plumber and with Angie's List. I called Angie's List twice so far for the refund. Hopefully, I will get my refund back.

Description of Work: Bought the Angie's list deal for 1 hour of plumbing services. Quick response via Angie's list email from company. Asked questions via email up front to make sure he would have the right part available (to fix broken shut off valve to washing machine). Arrived on time and was very quick and efficient. Was able to answer questions about other plumbing issues/questions I had. Would definitely use again.
