I bought the $68 special one hour of plumbing, i just purchased a new sink and a new faucet the faucet was already installed but there was a leak under the sink which I had a bucket under there to catch the water I had Hired a handyman that did not put it in right So I decided to pay a plumber to do it right when the plumber left he put the same bucket under the sink where it was previously and it still leaking the same amount that it had been before he came So if the plumber cannot fix it who would fix it

He was very pleasant and did not waste any time. He called to ask if he could arrive early, which he did. The only negative was that he used up a lot of my paper towels, napkins, and toilet paper, all of which he disposed of properly.

Went very well. This was a promotion via Angie's list that I used to get a repair done. The service responded to the posting within 30 minutes, and chose one of the scheduled times that I had available to me in the UI. Unfortunately, it was not very next day, but it was one of available options and the problem was not an 'emergency' situation. He arrived ten minutes prior to the schedule appointment window and sized up the situation and fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. The issue, which was not a major problem, but would likely have taken me awhile to diagnose and fix, and that is presuming that I could have done it. He explained the problem afterward and suggested it needed a special tool to fix. The service was handled promptly and professionally. No attempt to upsell or pad the repair costs. This was a small repair, but we are happy with the work and would recommend this service.

Arrived on time, was quick, clean and professional. Good experience. Hard to get a plumber or electrician for small jobs. Andrew answered my inquires quickly. I'd hire him again!!

I discovered my hot water tank was leaking. Called provider at 5.30pm on Thursday and he came first thing Friday morning (he was actually earlier than he said!). Removed the old tank and disposed of it and installed new unit all within an hour. No mess left behind. Very friendly personality too. I would definitely use this company again

Was able to respond the same day, came at the time he told us he would be able too, repaired shower in a very short period of time and he was very professional and friendly.

I'll admit, I wasn't completely impressed by his first visit. He left behind some mess, and the repair had to be tweaked by my husband. Andrew recaulked a leaded joint and my husband had to do it more to stop the leaking. However, I'm confident if I had called Andrew on it, he would have come back. We don't live in a perfect world, so based on the positive part of the experience, I called him back recently due to a leaky valve in my water heater. That went without a hitch, area was left clean and fixed as promised, very fast too. Andrew is extremely professional. Because of this, I will certainly call him again when something else breaks. As a woman and with kids in the house, I felt very comfortable with him in my home. He is excellent about calling back right away and working around the customers schedule. He arrives as promised and takes care to work fast. He is the only plumber I have ever seen advertise his hourly rate on his website (which is a huge plus). He arrives in a clean looking, fully stocked truck. The only downside to this is I find that the cost of plumbing materials is greater than the expected markup.

He has done a variety of things for me. He is more expensive but he is very prompt and very professional. I really appreciate it. I don't overpay for what I get. If I want something done really quickly then he is my guy.
