Scheduling was easy - as soon as I purchased the big deal I got a proactive email to schedule the appointment. Technician came right on time and replaced the faucet quickly. Also gave me some tips to prevent this from happening in the future. Will use them again.

Service call went well but the plumber didn't want to do anything on that boiler because it is over 50 years old. He recommended having it replaced. I have another appointment with the same company on 10/21/2014 to have a new boiler installed.

He was good, did everything we asked but was here for 45 minutes and charged us an extra half hour labor over the hour we bought.Thinking angies deals are the new Groupon for service. Stick to reviews angie.

Found Plumber Boy on Angies list. Spoke to him on the phone to set up appointment. He suggested that I take advantage of the coupon offered on Angie's for $30 dollars off first hour..which I did. I was reluctant to do that because it meant paying for something before the service was performed but I took a leap of faith and am happy that I did. He arrived on time. I was convinced that all the plumbing problems would take hours to fix. Disclaimer: I know NOTHING about plumbing. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and his truck seemed to be well stocked for all the miscellaneous parts that needed to be replaced. He explained everything he did so that I actually understood it. He even opted to take a more conservative approach when fixing the sink (he could have completely torn out the sink because of erosion from a long time leak), but felt that wouldn't be necessary. So happy with the service performed! Already have his number on speed dial for future problems :-)

He's a little pricier than others but I think he's worth it. I think he's amazingly responsive and really knows his stuff. I don't remember what he charged us this last time but it was nothing that alarmed us. He responds online. We deal with him through email a lot, which is really wonderful. We will contact him with some minor repair about something on email and he responds and we just leave the key out for him and he comes and fix it and leaves us a bill, oftentimes with photographs of what he did so it's great. It's terrific. I have sent him photographs by email, saying "This is where I got a leak" or "This is the problem". He's a real 21st Century guy. He's the only guy we've used for the last 15 years.

Arrived early, accesses the situation quickly and got right to work. We had purchased an hour of labor, so I was glad to see how efficient the gentleman was. A wax seal was needed and he had brought supplies and he told me the price up front which was well within reason. He quickly completed the job, tested out the toilet, and made a few small adjustments to the water flow and level. He then showed me his work and I was impressed that he had cleaned up the area from his work. I paid for the seal and he left me a receipt. The entire project had taken less than an hour. Well done!!

Excellent service all-around! Prompt responses, arrived on time, was personable and courteous. I thought I just did a bad job sealing a leaky drain, but Andy discovered the leak was actually a worn valve seal.

Andy contacted right away, and then always answered my emails promptly. In order to be prepared, he asked for pictures of the toilet and the faucet. This was perfect because he came with the right parts and did the repairs in no time! He arrived on time, did the work I requested, in the time he said that he would. He also provided me great advice on the shower wand, suggesting that it might very well be under warranty, which I had never thought of checking. I think Andy and his company Plumberboy were a great find, and I was very happy with the work.

Only needed 18 minutes to get the job done! Wish I'd thought of more for him to do. Fastest plumber I've ever seen - perhaps because he knew exactly what he had to do in advance.

When I scheduled the appointment, he went to the house and said there was no work needed. I paid for a service call through the deal offered on Angie's List, but he only gave me a statement that there were "no immediate issues to be rectified". When I dealt with him at this point he seemed nice. The home inspector, buyer and realtor insisted that there was an issue to be addressed, so my realtor met at the house with PlumberBoy again. According to my realtor, he was rude. He said to address the issue they wanted would cost around $800 but he refused to put that in writing. The buyer has apparently already got an estimate of $400-600.

I used Plumberboy to remove and install a new toilet. They were on time, professional and real friendly.

The only thing we wanted him to do was to stop a faucet from leaking, from dripping. They were old faucets that were on a slop sink in the basement and he said they don't make them anymore and that they couldn't be really fixed but he could stop them from leaking but he couldn't stop the fact that on the cold faucet the water was coming out around the screw on the top. So we believed him and he did the work. I had another plumber who has been in the business for a long time do some work in my bathroom just recently and he looked at that and said I can fix those. He said a lot of these young kids just don't even know how to fix them because it is an old style faucet and it just needed a new washer. The Plumberboy came out and did what we agreed at the time because we believed what he told us but after I was told that it could have been fixed better, that's where I left it. The price was expensive for what got done. He cleaned up and he was on time.

Plumberboy Plumbing and Heating Services is great. Everything went really well with this service. We purchased the furnace inspection and cleaning deal. Andrew responded the same day we purchased and we had no issue with scheduling. He showed up on time and went straight to work. After finishing the furnace he clearly explained what he had done. Andrew also fixed a leak in our shower. He had no issue in diagnosing the problem and had the part to fix it in his truck. This was a big deal since we didn't have to re-schedule or wait for a part to be delivered. We will absolutely call Andrew for any furnace or plumbing work we need done in the future!

This is my first experience with Andy. Andy called me the next morning after I purchased his services through an Angie's list special deal the evening prior. Said he was in the area and could come over in 20 minutes to do what I needed done. This was far better than I expected as usually appointments with contractors need to be scheduled several days or weeks in advance. He arrived on time, did everything I wanted done and saved me money as I was prepared to replace items that Andy said did not need replacement and he just repaired them to perfect working condition. He could have taken advantage of me and sold me parts/materials that I thought I needed but he knew I did not not need. He is extremely honest and his work was professional, quick, and he left the premises spotless. He even found a gas stove leak that I did not know I had and it turned out to be pilot light that had blown out accidentally and I thought it was an oil burner problem. ( No charge) I highly recommend this professional gentleman and I will call him again in the future if I have any plumbing related issues.

It was a Big Deal. He did a good job. He was on time and fixed the problem. Everything went well. They did take too long and there were no problems. The price was definitely good.

He not only showed up on time. He was extremely professional. He called to let me know he was coming. He went straight to work and cleaned up afterwards. I kept waiting for him to ask me for something but for one person, in this heat, he didn't need me for anything and he was great. Not only will I use him again. But I will be telling anyone if you need a plumber, then he's going to be the one to call.

Andrew arrived on time and when he got here I asked if he would be able to also repair my kitchen faucet. He looked at it and said he could do it,and gave me a rough estimate , I said ok. He then proceeded to replace the shutoff valve in the basement. He repaired the kitchen faucet in less time than he originally thought. Both jobs fell within the hour of the deal so he didn't charge me for the kitchen repair. I have notified every one I know that if they need a plumber call Plumberboy.

I am recently widowed and had no idea how to get the right plumber...Plumber Boy is definitely the right plumber!!! He was so professional and prompt right from the beginning setting up an appointment through showing up even early!!! He handled everything efficiently even showed me how to reset my garbage disposal (yes it was not really broken at all)...left no mess was even midful of being careful of my cats....everything was fixed in no time! I would (and am) recommending him to everyone.
