Great experience. Scheduled appointment, he showed up on time, explained the issue. Replaced the supply line to the toilet, all is well.

I got an email back from them saying they don’t do drain clean-outs. They recommended another company and I was able to swap this deal for another. They got back to me very quickly.

The only problem was the the plumber arrived unannounced a few days after we bought the service. It's not clear to me whether someone in his office tried to contact us by email or phone. Fortunately, we were home and the work was done professionally.

He was very meticulous and provided very high quality service. He came a week ahead of time and evaluated what needs to be done and bought the materials and came back to fix. We are very happy with his service

The whole process went very well and on schedule. Found that the price was a bit high, but wasn't sure what to expect.

Deal was advertised for a 40 gal. gas water heater for $998. The service provider contacted me today and said that the direct venting gas water heater was $2123. The deal did not specify the type of gas water heater. Felt like a bait and switch!

I had a problem with my toilet, and he fixed it at no charge, but while he was here, he checked my water heater and furnace, and the water heater was leaky. He got it all fixed in a couple of hours. I had a very good experience with him. You call him, and he's right there. He comes right away. His availability is better than most plumbers. I can't say enough about him. He's good. He used to work for another company and I followed him when he branched out on his own. He helped my mother out years ago, and that's how I knew him. He is very neat and does an exceptional job. He explained to me the different types of water heaters. He knows what he's doing.

Andy was great! He not only fixed the two items I called him for, but also brought some serious non-plumbing related issues to my attention that were missed by my home inspection. My chimney had substantial soot build-up and was lacking a clean out door. The soot was so high that it was about to block the vent which would then allow co2 to enter my home. He recommended a chimney cleaner who came out right away. the chimney clearer told me with I was lucky I didn't have CO2 issues last winter. I would recommend PlumberBoy to anyone needing work.

It went very well. We are pleased with his work. I can't give details as I left him to do his work without us hovering over him.

I was using one of the Angie's List deals, and Andrew scheduled me in very quickly. He showed up on time and did the work quickly and well. He explained the issue & possible fixes, and gave me some free advice on fixing another minor issue. He was friendly, professional and very reasonably priced.

Purchased the $68 deal and scheduled an appointment. Within 48 hours Andrew came out and replaced the leaky valve. He was very professional and arrived at the specified time. The repair took him about 20 minutes and now we have no leak! I will definitely use Plumberboy again in the future if and when I have any plumbing problems.

Andy, of Plumberboy, was super-responsive (by phone and email). He helped me research and select a replacement for a broken toilet in my condo (he was very knowledgeable about toilets). When it was time to install (I had to have some floor tile removed), and after rescheduling (Andy was very understanding), he showed up on time, brought in the new toilet, and installed the toilet, tested it, cleaned up, and that was it. Andy was very professional, I would highly recommend him based on my experience, and would not hesitate to contact him should I need a plumber.

Plumber called right away today after I purchased the $68 voucher to inform me that he did not perform the service that would resolve my plumbing problem. He was helpful, cordial and polite. He referred me to another plumber who may be able to resolve the problem.

Let me start with quality of work- Just impeccable at this price point. A+. I bought a vanity sink for from Lowes to replace a t 30 yr old one. Bought a one hour deal from Angie's list @58/hr. Catching the plumber himself was a bit tricky . He responds best to Angie's list messaging . Good there . He came down and installed the sink beautifully without any issue at all. Great jon . The provider responded to my inquiry right away and was very pleasant. He showed up 1/2 earlier than planned. I had not had my furnace serviced in several years and had noticed that I had some issues with my heat. The provider came and gave my furnace a clean bill of health and said it was in perfect working order. However, less than a week later, I tried to use my heat and it would not work. I called him back and explained my issue and he told me that he only did maintenance, not service. He then recommended another company to call, which I did. (However, I checked out the new company on Angie's List prior to scheduling an appointment.) The new company came within a day and they explained that my flue was clogged and the flame sensor had not been cleaned. I was completely shocked to learn this as I had just paid the $99 less than a week prior for a 'cleaning and inspection'. I am led to believe that I paid this $99 for absolutely nothing. If the actual services were performed, I don't understand how these issues would not have been detected. I am disappointed that Angie's List would recommend a provider as a special that does not perform the services that are advertised. I will definitely not use them again.
