Description of Work: Purchased service call plus one hour's labor through Angie's List as I was having multiple problems with a toilet. Andrew was prompt, professional, courteous and efficient during communications for scheduling as well as in getting the work complete. I would definitely use Plumberboy again when I had need for a plumber.

Description of Work: Installed a bathroom faucet and drain assembly. Job was completed to my satisfaction. Quality workmanship.

Description of Work: Andrew (Plumberboy) contacted me via Angie's List communicator and informed me that he could not perform the requested plumbing work but said I could get a refund on the order OR he could recommend another service provider to help.

Description of Work: Mainly for a kitchen faucet pipe installation job. Then, Investigate on external water faucet. Everything went fine and resolved. Although I regret not to request to replace the broken external faucet instead just replaced the handle with a handle that's not perfectly fit. I wish the service provider had proactively suggested the right action. That's the only reason I didn't go straight A on the review.

Description of Work: The service provider informed me prior to the scheduled date of service that he declined to provide the services and would authorize a refund of the amount I had paid. He did not come to my house or provide any services. There is no issue about the quality of services provided, since none were provided.

Description of Work: The plumber boy came and fixed the outdoor faucet as promised. He was punctual, he came in a couple days after I purchased the deal, and did all the work within an hour. He wasn't as friendly as I like, but he fixed the faucet and it worked. The water pressure was not as strong as before, but it could be caused by frost-proof faucet that he installed.
