P.K. GARAGE DOOR CO

PK Garage Door installed a new garage door for us today. They sell an excellent product (Garaga garage doors), and their installation was excellent. The office manager, Mary, is a great communicator, and the owner Paul is excellent to work with. I urge anyone wanting a new garage door in their service area to contact them. Hard to find a family run business any better than these folks these days!

My garage door opener was frozen and inoperable. I thought I was going to need a one. The gentleman knew exactly what the issue was and had it working in 20 minutes. I would recommend this company without a second thought. Very impressed and I will call them for all my future business.

I was very satisfied with P.K. Garage Door. The whole process from start to finish was great. First, I talked with the lady in the office and she was amazing. She was very helpful and walked me through their website. She was very knowledgeable on the whole process of installing a new garage door. They had a website where you could upload a picture of your house and see how the new garage door would look. The owner did a great job installing the new garage door and was very attentive. I will give them an "A" on everything.

Removed the old (broken) garage door, replaced it with a new one. In and out within 3 hours. No mess left behind. Works alone. Nice guy. Will rehire for the other garage doors which will soon need replacing. Also very pleasant conversations with office manager (Mary) setting up the appointments for the estimate and the actual job.

This guy was terrific. I called him and told him my garage door wouldn't go all the way up. It would only go up about a foot and a half. This guy had to skinny in my garage to fix it. As it turned out, I had not closed the trunk of my car and when the door would try to go up, it would catch on my car. I felt like such a dummy. I asked him if this was his first time dealing with something like this. He was great and he didn't laugh at me too much either.
