Excellent work. We had a really challenging situation with grout over grout throughout a large area that was unevenly chipping and staining. New Again Tile and Grout came in shortly after we called, gave a estimate right away that was very reasonable, and explained clearly what the were going to do. Then, when they came to do the work, they were professional and did the job well. The grout now looks fantastic and truly looks brand new again. I did not think the situation could be fixed without drilling out the grout, but they fixed it! Loved their work and highly recommend them.

Eddie contacted me quickly, gave estimate for repairing grout in my shower, set up a date for repair and came promptly on time. He did an excellent job, shower tile looks great, and left area clean. I would hire him again his work was first class.

Eddie is a total professional. Came for estimate AND job exactly when he said he world (Astonishing....) Did a beautiful job of cleaning and applying a new color seal. Also removed tile in shower stall to replace rotten wood and blueboard with new cement board. I didn't know such a result was possible without putting down a whole new tile floor or wall. Courteous, pride in work. Eddie has old school values, and is a master of this type of tile work. Great guy, great job. Highly recommend.

We are doing a kitchen remodel, wanted to keep current tile flooring which also extends into mudroom, hallway and half bath. We were amazed that these areas looked like new floor after Ed and Mike cleaned tile and grout, and color/sealed the grout lines. Very professional, on time and more than met our expectations! Ed was professional, very informative and answered all questions.

Ed showed up on time to give us an estimate .Explained what needed to be done and answered all our questions clearly and confidently. They came on the day to do the work on time and worked nonstop except for one break. They are coming back to regrout our second bathroom and we expect it to be the same experience.
