Levasseur installed a new HVAC system in our condo townhouse. Ryan Levasseur was a consummate professional from start to finish. And guess what? Electricity and heating costs are way down after installation! Ryan advised us on the right unit to buy as well. Would hire him again.

Ryan, the owner took time out to fully explain what system he recommended and why. The install went very smoothly. The installers were quiet, courteous and neat. It was finished in the time quoted and everything was completed within the 5 days quoted for install.

Ryan was a lifesaver when we needed our central air conditioning system replaced in the heat of summer. From the estimate to the installation, he was quick to respond, knowledgeable, clearly explained the difference between a heat pump and traditional AC, and answered all our questions. He was even able to install our new heat pump the day after the estimate (while waiting for parts on another job), then made sure to check the ceiling vents with a temperature gun to ensure the system was cooling properly. He also assisted with the information to submit a Mass Save rebate form. Iâ d highly recommend Levasseur HVAC for top-notch professionalism and competence at a reasonable price.

Ryan is exceptional. No one works on vacation because my AC is out of order. No one is taking a job in attic in the hot summer because I have a senior at home. Ryan did all of those for me. He is knowledgeable, down to earth and more than fair. His quote for equipment is similar for me to get from the open market and his quote on labor is very reasonable if not a little under. He did not charge additionally because I need some additional work on duct, or a heat strip to prevent freeze drain pipe. I definitely will hire Ryan again to replace my other AC/Furnace system next year.

Ryan is very responsive. He was aware of how hot the weather was going to continue to be and fit me in immediately He did complete central ac compressor and furnace with heat pump. Labelled all pipes to outside, installed new thermostat and on and on. I can not say enough about how satisfied I am with the job. Also my house is finally getting the cold air to top floor!
