Description of Work: I have used service person in the past for a few jobs over the past several years. She was my only electrician. I called her this summer to ask if she could do a few jobs and never heard from her. About six weeks later, I texted her and let her know about a few minor jobs I needed done and shared, "if you don't want to do them then I will find someone else, however, these jobs are time sensitive." I didnt' hear from her for over a week. Given that we had a longstanding relationship and (despite the fact she never even responded to the earlier summer job) I told her I would use someone else and requested that she please tell me if she was available for future work...and could she please let me know if she was available for future work. I did this because I always have a strong sense of loyalty towards people in the trade who have worked with me. You can imagine my surprise when I received a note saying, "So after using me for several years, I don't get back to you for a week and you hire another electrician? Thanks for your loyalty and patience." Correction...not a week, more like a few months. My first call was at the beginning of the summer. I am totally turned off by Kelly's professional immaturity. To think that it is okay to even wait a week to respond to a customer is beyond me.

Description of Work: When I called and spoke to Kelly, she sounded very excited to do some work for me. I am located within a mile of her business. She advised that she couldnt talk now and that she would call me back.She never returned my calls. Moved on to another electrician who returns calls.

Description of Work: We have had Kelly do a number of jobs for us, from adding another electrical box to wiring for a hot tub/outside Christmas lights to doing all the electrical for a kitchen renovation. She is extremely reliable, reasonable prices and is meticulous about cleaning up as she goes along with her work. Most recently she researched the options for adding a generator to our home and was thorough as always. Highly recommended...

Description of Work: I have been using her for 9 years. The most recent service was a thermostat replacement and install dimmers. I have had her do major electrical work in the past. She has done an electrical and voltage upgrade.
