John was quick to respond when I approached HomeAdvisor, and got us a quote quickly. Overall we are happy with the service. If we could offer some friendly advice it would be for John to better color-coordinate the coverplates used for the data points with the ones already in the house for power outlets etc, and also to take a bit more care to ensure that they are set level in the wall as a couple of the ones installed are a bit askew. Also to communicate better with clients if he is running late for the appointment.

I had jbr computer install a phone line into a bedroom. I have Verizon for my service and the way they wanted to install the line was unacceptable. john installed the line very professional. I couldn't be more satisfied with the work he did.
