He responded quick. Understood the project well. Quoted reasonably. Booked time and came on time. Made sure the project was done exactly as I asked. The only reason I have give 4.5 for quality is not because of the quality itself, but because there are two outlets on the panel I had done - an ethernet and a coax. Have not tested out the coax and having some trouble. Tried tracing the coax down to the mains but cannot trace. Will check again else give him a call. But he seemed quite knowledgeable about tech in general so hoping its something simple. Will update if I end up talking to him.

John quickly responded to my inquiry. Called to discuss the project and the options. Was able to come within a few days, installed the Ethernet jack, tested everything and cleaned up. Will definitely use him again if needed.

John is a gentleman; kept his promises. so far so good. Of course, he just completed the installation. It will take some additional time to confirm that my computer installation will work in the future and John's promises to assist will be realized. At this time, I am quite happy with his work. We asked John to help us with wifi extender set up to improve wifi in our home. Our main problem was that we were unable to watch TV in some rooms because wifi signal was not strong enough. Initially, after John installed the wifi extenders, we had improved wifi but trouble with setting up our Roku stick with the new wifi system. John came back twice without an increased charge and resolved the issue.
