+ -1 morePaul encompasses everything you'd want from a home inspector. Stop looking now, you found your inspector! He is detail-oriented, thorough, knowledgeable and certified with ASHI. We've used him for 2 inspections. In our first inspection, he found a costly issue with a large backyard retaining wall that was not in plain sight and was undoubtedly missed by other inspectors. He genuinely loves his job and this shows in the quality of his work. He didn't rush through our inspections; he took the time to make sure we knew the details of our new home and to answer any questions we had. As a first-time home buyer, he was a treasure trove of knowledge. He provides very detailed reports with many pictures for evidence. We felt that we knew everything about the home after going through the inspections. Paul is also uniquely knowledgeable about older homes (before 1920) and can talk at length about the progression of standards which helped us understand the state of the older home. I reached out to Paul via the website and he was very prompt in his response. He has been very responsive throughout the process as well. Paul has been communicative, reliable and on-time.

Description of Work: Had a Home Inspection done. They helped with my finding someone reputable for my septic inspection. They completed all my water and radon tests. He did his best to explain all situations and his thoughts on things that should be addressed. Was pretty thorough in the inspection. Was done on a rainy day and he still checked as much as he could out side. Received the report withing a few days. was detailed with pictures.

Description of Work: Paul did 2 home inspections for us. After the first one we knew if we needed another one done we would be calling him. The first house "looked" okay but after inspection we found most of the recent work done want done to code and would have to be redone. Our second inspection of a different property was fantastic as well. Only a few problems were found. We highly recommend Paul for your home inspection. Well worth the money we paid.
