Excellent experience with the folks from Dracut Window & Door. Spoke with Steve on the phone, and he arranged to come by and look at a screen door which we had hung on our own, but just didn't do it well. They took the door down and re-hung it. Now it closes perfectly the first time. I won't hesitate to call them again for a larger project, given the care they gave to something that was really small to them.

Dracut Window And Door was awesome to work with from the very first phone call.First off I went to my local lumber company and then the big box stores and had them come out for an estimate to find out they charge for that two $30.00 and also that the prices they told me in the store where extremely more expensive after the consultation. After a few awful estimates I got referred to Dracut Window And Door we set an appointment they came out on-time then the gentlemen measured all of our windows and a patio door we want to replace. We discussed a few different options he answered any and all my questions. Within a few days we had our estimate emailed to us with everything we discussed I was sticker shocked IN A GOOD WAY we saved almost $2300.00 for the exact products we priced elsewhere. We decided to to go with them within 3 weeks from the time of deposit are windows and door where installed. What a good job everything was exactly as they said it would be it took them 2 days to complete the job, the guys where very neat covering the area they where working in they cleaned everything as if they where never there. Dracut Window is definitely an honest company with competitive prices and best of all quality work. The windows I purchased have a lifetime warranty and also Dracut Window guarantees the work for lifetime guarantee. In a few months I will be calling to get my front and back doors replaced.

Nothing bad to say Steve came out did a on site evaluation he gave me a few options of windows explained each window and suprisingly gave me a quote on the spot ,no I will get back to you which was great since I had another company come out and then never heard from them again. I gave a deposit and within two weeks my new windows where installed. Very good experience
