I talked to Jim, the owner. I told him I was prested for time as I had painters scheduled for Sat. And needed the work done by Friday. He seemed enthusiastic and said "if that's what it takes to get the job". He did show up at my house the next day (Tuesday) looked at the job and left a card with my wife. That's the last I heard from him. I left at least 6 voice messages. I was never able to get to a real person and he never called back. I had Derek Ball form Ball Painting do the work, which he did on a days notice!

Terrible!!! Roof continues to leak in Kitchen after new roof. Dracut (AKA Aaren Chimney) told me to get a heat coil which they would install. I have to use that every time it snows or the roof will leak. I could have done that myself for $60.! they charged me $6700 for a new roof and it still leaks - THOSE RATS!!!! CON ARTISTS!!!! THIEVES!!! and LIARS!!!! Don't trust Jim Jalecewicz he ripped me off and started working after this incident as Dracut Roofing
Description of Work: Leak in Kitchen from roof needed fixing. Dracut Roofing (AKA Aaren Chimney) told me if I put on a new roof all my troubles would be over

Dracut Roofing AKA Aaren Chimney needlessly replaced my roof and the leak continued. I was skeptical that the whole roof needed replacement but Jim Jalecewicz assured me that if I replaced the whole roof that "My Troubles Would Be Over". Which they were not When I pointed out problems with the roof Jim told me that I was "Crazy If I Thought That He Would Work For Free". After this incident Aaren changed their name to Dracut Roofing. Use them at your own risk.
