Douglas was the first one to call me about my project. The installation was fabulous, he even marked the fuse box with which switch went to which room in my house! He was neat and finished the job in the time frame I had requested. Douglas also installed something I had not ordered, but he had the inventory to complete my request. I will definitely call him to do some work in my basement later next month!

Doug was great to work with. Responsive and finished the job quickly. He even installed a light in our breaker box closet which wasn't part of the original job but super helpful and very much appreciated. Will be asking him to come back as more work comes up.

I called about outside outlets having no power. When he arrived after, missing the first appointment, he said these problems are usually the garage GFCI. He found the outlet in the garage and reset it - problem fixed. If he knew this, why didn t he tell me when we spoke on the phone instead of coming over and charging me $250? He was pleasant and professional, but I felt very over charged.

Doug contacted me quickly, had great flexibility on timing and did a quick in and out job.

Doug did an excellent job at my home in Acton, installed 2 new bathroom ceiling fixtures and 2 smoke/carbon alarms. Doug installed the electrical for an emergency generator we bought. His install included an emergency light that activates when power is lost, an amp meter to indicate how much load is being put on the generator and an alarm that alerts you when the power has been restored so you can shut the generator down. All this was included at a price that was better than the other estimates I received that did not include the items mentioned above. Doug was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for home electrical work.
