+ -1 moreMy daughter answered a newspaper ad in the Lowell Sun for roof snow and ice removal on her house in Billerica. She was very concerned about water damage on her ceiling and walls. She called John in the middle of a snowstorm seeking help. He responded quickly within an hour or so with a co-worker. They were very kind to her and were able to remove the problem areas. They also looked at some cracks in the ceiling which were the result of a recent major addition upstairs and gave some suggestions for fixing the problem in the warmer months.
Description of Work: John and a helper were called by my daughter to remove ice dams on her house.
