Description of Work: Installed two high efficiency gas furnaces in a historic building. They did a timely job and repaired a blower which was not in the initial scope of work. They came when they said they would and took good care of the facility as they roamed to install the thermostats.

Description of Work: A complete new central air conditioning system designed and installed in a three bedroom home. The work was done on time, very professionally and neatly. The system worked extremely well and was put to the test during two major heat waves, maintaining the temperatures accurately and evenly in all the rooms of the house. This is the second time I have used this company for a major installation and I highly recommend it. The owner, Bill Guptill is a very busy guy and some times difficult to get hold of because he does not have a big support staff, but the low overhead reflected in the pricing and the excellent workmanship make it worth the slight inconvenience.

Description of Work: We have been having trouble with our oil burner for years. We have tried multiple companies to come out and look, but nobody ever really looked into the cause of the problem and how to fix it. We called CoolAir and they came out that day (even faster then they had thought originally) and worked non-stop until they came up with the cause of our problems and had a solution in effect. They could not have been nicer or more professional. They worked so hard and were so diligent, and we were extremely satisfied with the results.

Description of Work: We had complete HVAC system installed a few years ago and was very satisfied with the work and the price. In the years since the installation, I have called for service and they have responded immediately and fixed my issues at a reasonable cost.

+ -1 moreThey were excellent. I called them after seeing water in my furnace while changing the furnace. I called Cool Air and they told me exactly what it was and sent someone out the next day. They guy who worked for them was really, really nice. He explained the problem, and took care of it at a reasonable price. I have a lot of faith in this company and will use them again in the future. I have to have an entire new unit and will have them do it.
