This was the worst service experience I have ever had! He was a good sales person with lots of promises, but when it came to delivering he was terrible! First of all he didn't do the work, he sent in completely incompetent, and disrespectful workers who act like they were doing us a favor by showing up. He put in a lower amp electrical service than we had requested to accommodate our two family home and when we asked him to correct the mistake he insisted on charging us extra. We have recess lighting that is not lined up correctly, plugs that never worked in many different locations and on one whole side of a wall, hard wired carbon monoxide detector that won't stop beeping so we just completely disconnected it, electrical plates that overheat to the point of fear of a fire, exposed wiring and just very unfinished looking work. I had to get another electrician over to correct his really dangerous mistakes and he couldn't believe his work even passed inspection and encouraged me to take him to court and sue for damages, but who wants to go through that hassle! Oh well, Live and learn. Please don't make the same mistake I made and get sucked in by a sales pitch!
Description of Work: We added a large addition onto our home and to a second floor apartment.

Bob responded within an hour of our call, but quoted $2,400 to do the job! This thief was trying to capitalize on our emergency situation by charging an exorbitant rate. Needless to say, we sent him on his way. Another electrician completed the one-hour job later the same day for $700!
Description of Work: Due to the December 2008 ice storm, we needed an electrician to replace the service mast on our house. It was pulled away when a tree fell on our power line. This was two days after the storm because we waited for the electrical company to come out and advise us. We were told it was our responsibility, but because the wire was live, they would have to wait on our property until the repair was made.
