I recieved a promot call from Chad about replacing an exhaust bathroom vent.The project was more complex since the vents vented out through the soffits and not the roof. Chad is a straight shooter who does not sugar coat things. I agreed to the roof venting and added a 2nd exhaust fan and bathroom timer to the list plus replacing smoke detectors etc. The projecttook (due to scheduling and weather related issues) about 6 wks. I would have preferred to have gotton a written proposal when I gave him the deposit. Overall, Chad did a very good and through job.
