Tim came over to take a look at the basement finishing joband gave me a quote within hours. He was very professional and gave me good advice on several options for finishing the basement ceiling (drywall or drop), wall finishes, soffits, etc. He installed the drywall, joint compound, and sanded all of the walls so that they're smooth and prepped for primer. Tim was great and very responsive. He always took the time to explain the benefits and risks of the various options outlined. Good experience, and we actually used him again to finish another part of the basement that needed more framing and more angled drywall work!
Description of Work: Frame out basement with 2x4s (one wall), install drywall panels on all 4 walls (35' x 14' room, 8' high ceilings), install soffits around vents and ducts, install drywall on ceiling.
