terrible experiance. Left job unfinished for months. orderd the wrong window and slider door and would not take responsibility for the mistake. Very argumentative. Finally asked for money back in order to complete the job. The end result was the refund was not enough to finish the job as quoted.

I loved working with him. He did a really good job. He was very responsive and concerned about making everything right. He was a creative problem solver as well.

The overall experience was wonderful. The job was completed sooner than originally planned considering it was a super hot summer. The crew worked through the brutal heat waves without missing a beat. The demolition, foundation and rough framing were completed ahead of schedule. The siding, windows and doors look fantastic and a very nice quality for our budget. The electrician and plumber were also very professional and helped us adjust the layouts to best suit our needs, too. The carpenter offered some great design ideas for the 2nd floor covered porch that made it look fabulous and a lot better than we would ever imagine. Everyone showed up on time and put in long days. They all were easy to work with and took time to answer our questions that periodically came up. The owner and his crew were all very professional, competent and courteous. Remodeling Concepts turned our dream into reality and we give them two "thumbs-up" and a big thank-you.

We have always been extremely pleased with Brian and his team?s work as well as the work from his subcontractors. He started this project immediately just when we wanted him to. His plumbing and electrical subcontractors have done an amazing job and their work has been impeccable. When there have been minor issues, Brian always immediately addressed and corrected with no hassle. For example, we did run into a schedule issue due to materials not being available (not Brian?s fault, distributor was not able to deliver as promised). Instead of waiting, Brian presented an alternative solution that was just as good as the original so the project could continue. One thing I am always pleased with, when unforeseen costs arise, Brian has always taken care of either within existing contract price or at a reasonable cost to correct. Finally, his attention to detail, especially in finish carpentry is unbelievable. We had him create custom trim for our windows and doorways, and the finished product was even better than we expected. Brian is easy to reach, either by phone, e-mail or text message and always gets back to us promptly. We are still in the process of completing our project, but we are looking forward to the finished product!

Brian was fantastic. His crew worked with us to get the look we wanted in the basement. He took care of everything and was always available. We started with the framing which went quickly. Brian then got the I Beam installed, insulation, plaster and finish work quickly. The finished product is great. Brian was constantly answering our questions and even added quality design advice. I am very happy with the way he communicated with me and my wife.

The work did not progress as quickly as expected which contributed to the job being put on hold during the cold weather (adhesives were to be used as part of the means to fasten the decking). The builder substituted a different beam than what was specified in the contract. This had to be replaced using large equipment that damaged a huge area of lawn. Specific details were not followed on the ledger attached to the house and a section is leaking into the house which would indicate that something was not properly flashed. The framing was left incomplete. Shortly after an argument about the my concerns of the way the project was progressing the contractor requested payment for a portion of the project he wouldn't even be starting for another few weeks and never returned.
