+ -1 moreIt was great. It was easy to schedule and Jon came right on time. He understood the problems that needed fixing and had the parts necessary to do the repairs. Best of all, he explained to me what the problem was and what he was doing to fix it. So I had confidence in the process. Our doors have worked like normal doors for the first time in a long time (we had a different locksmith try earlier, without his actually fixing the problems). I would hire Ironside Locksmith again and would recommend Jon to any homeowner.
