Terrible. He responded with one line to my inquiry "Not Interested". All I did was ask for a boundary land survey. Not sure if he didn't like my picture in my email or what. Total *******.

i requested a residential property survey quote, which I received by email. Since Tim had seemed abrupt on the phone already, I emailed him back with two questions about the quote, one whether I would get a printed/digital copy of the survey, and one detailed question about the property. Without any call or explanation, he emailed me back saying to find someone else to do the survey. I found this unprofessional and rude. If he is in the business of doing surveys, he should be willing to talk and email with potential customers. I will also need a structural engineer, but he has lost my future business.

It was surprisingly simple. After calling multiple places I spoke with Hawk Consulting, and got the lowest price. I was emailed a copy of the contract, which was very straightforward. Sent out the check and signed contract and within a week a man came out and did the job. After he was done he ran my doorbell to make sure I could see the markers (markers were very clear and visible with bright pink spray paint). This was exactly what I wanted and didn’t have any issues. I would recommend to someone seeking a quick and easy boundary survey.

Charles came to see my project the following day and had the report done within a couple of days. I'm very happy with the work he did.

Poor customer service, they left all my gates open, didn’t tell me they were coming Andy did the wrong thing and didn’t come back to fix the problem. I got a response of it’s close enough. I would never use them again and now I need to hire someone to do what this company didn’t do.

My business partner and I hired Hawk to design a couple of commercial buildings for a convenience store and car wash. We were very happy with the entire process as well as the 3D rendering. Tim has been very responsive to our changing needs and very supportive including the permitting process with town officials. We have constantly relied on Tim’s knowledge set to create the right solution for our needs.

Thank you for completing the plans for our gasstation project. Tim did everything from the civil and landsurvey to the 3d rendering. He did a great job and I am happy with the way he was able to complete our project.

Tim Callahan of Hawk Consulting, Inc. was extremely responsive by telephone and by email. He answered all of our questions over the phone before coming to do the survey. Although our property was located quite a distance from his office, he had no problem performing the survey. As promised, he completed the job within two weeks of us signing the contract and sending the deposit. All aspects of the job were handled in a very professional manner and we were extremely satisfied. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tim Callahan for surveying needs.

I needed a plot plan as soon as possible and the surveryor that I had used in the past was unresponsive with regard to scheduling. My archtiect recommended Hawk Consulting (Tim Callahan).
