Waiting for over 1 hour and finally called the Uxbridge number back which I had originally called and the woman told me there was nothing in the books for me. She asked if I was sure it was them I had called and re-issured it was I had only called this one company on that date. She made me feel like it was my fault and said the soonest they could get out was Monday. Extremely dissapointed in this company will not call them back !!"
