Very professional work

Skylight did an excellent job designing a solution to a waterproofing challenge that confounded other contractors. The drain they installed works well. During the process they found an issue with the foundation, which they re-pointed and sealed. They stand by their work with a 10 year guarantee.

We paid them 9300 in the spring of 2024 - they were lovely when they are getting paid up front - but we've had them back already once and we have the same problem, actually maybe worse, that we had to begin with in the same places. Now they won't return our calls or texts and won't show up to fix. (Andover Massachusetts - not happy with their follow up service at all!)

Iâ ve used their services multiple times, and theyâ re definitely the best in this area. Their masonry cleaning and repair work is unmatched.

I had a leak between the original foundation to the extension (new) foundation in the basement that would seep every time there was heavy rain. Darragh knew exactly how to fix it and provided a detailed description of the repair. I greatly appreciate his time and expertise! So happy my basement is no longer weeping!

Communication was excellent from the first inquiry and throughout. The crew was punctual, polite, clean and respectful. Everything was clean by the end of the day. Darragh, the supervisor, was exceptionally responsive and attentive to questions and made an extra trip the next morning, at my request, to do an extra magnetic sweep for any leftover nails that may have been missed in the driveway. I am very satisfied with the quality and professionalism of the team. I highly recommend this company.
