Boston Budget Plumbing

I had gotten 3 quotes from local plumbers to install a dry well in my driveway. Tom Phat gave me the best price with the best explanation and plan. He came on time, executed flawlessly in one day. His work was so good I then had him install a sump pump in my basement. Again, professional, concise, thoughtful, clean work and at a reasonable price. I now look forward to a water free home! I am also a Realtor who has many occasions for a plumber. Tom is now my new "go to guy" small or large jobs, he'll provide service quickly and gives me the confidence I need to refer him to my own clients. A++

Boston Budget was fantastic! Tuan (the owner of the company) was VERY thorough. I had several problem in the home (tree roots infiltraing the plumbing, broken toilets, etc.). In the past, I have called so-called plumbing professionals but they did terrible work (which is evident because I had to have the same work done again). They called me right away and came the very same day (Friday). They also showed up on time. They were very professional and new exactly what the problem was with the sewer pipes in my basement. All of the workers were very pleasant and they explained to me what was going on and what needed to be done (they seemed to know their business very well.) They came back the next day (Saturday) and worked the whole day - job should have taken two days but they finished it in one (16 hours). Very hard workers and I would highly recommend them to anyone who was having a small or big plumbing issue.
