+ -1 moreMike took care of all the problem areas I pointed out. He was on time, did the work in one day, and didn't leave any mess behind. He was very personable and professional. All in all I think Mike did a great job for a very reasonable price
Description of Work: I needed masonry repairs where my driveway and foundation met, also pointing up some of the foundation. My cellar floor had areas that the concrete had cracked and dampness was coming through, There was a big crack on my front walkway, and the stair railing had come loose, he fixed the cracked area, set the railing, and did a nice job finishing off the top of the walk, as well as refinishing the top step that had cracked. His co-worker did a nice job pointing up a wall along the driveway .

+ -1 moreMike did a great job. He was responsive, on time, and has a "can do" approach. He cared a lot about figuring out a solution that would work. His pricing was very fair as well.
Description of Work: Replace numerous bricks on the back of a townhouse in the South End. Some carpentry work too. Tough access to the bricks, which required some creativity. It was a one day job.

Description of Work: Reprinted stone wall. Cleaned out old mortar and cement and re-mortared wall. Wall was damaged terribly during the very harsh winter of 2014-2015 when it was buried under snow and ice for four months. Michiel also does yard work for me- spring and fall cleanup for my yard and garden.
