Wonderful Kevin and his crew could not be more professional. The work was promised and delivered in a courteous and timely manner and I was very happy with everything including KMD’s rates. Will definitely use them in the future and recommend to friends and family.

The project went exceedingly well. We hired John Hutchins as our General Contractor and John hired all of the specialists to complete the update on our 1964 newly purchased home. John hired Kevin M. Decoteau and we met Kevin at the beginning of the project in May. We had absolutely no complaints with Kevin's work whatsover. Everything Kevin did worked and passed the town inspections. We moved into our new home on September 30th and absolutely love it!

Kevin returned my call within an hour of my first call to his company. We set a date for the work to be done during that phone call. He called the night before the scheduled service to confirm the time and directions. He arrived on time to do the job. He was neat, clean and professional. Kevin completed the job in slightly less time than he had estimated. The work was well done. He kept everything he worked with in fantastic condition. Kevin clead up after himself completely. He was polite and communicative the entire time he was in our home. He even made sure our cat and dog did not get out of the house as he came and went doing his installation. When the work was completed he shoed me everything he had done and wanted to make sure everything was done to my satifation. The bill came in for exactly what he quoted. I have used him several times since this first experience and all the interaction have been as pleasant and professional. I would higly recommend KMD Plumbing.,
