Description of Work: They shingled the roof of my garage, replaced the siding and trim on the front, and securely installed a gutter and drain pipe system that would keep water away from the cellar of the house. From the initial estimate visit throughout the work, it was clear that they never cut corners and that they listened carefully to my needs and balanced that with my budget. They were not the cheapest estimate but I was willing to pay a little more for the obvious care they were willing to take. They would have done the work in November but weather delayed them. To get the work done before the next weather blast they put two teams of men on the job and finished most of it in one day. Only a few drain pipes needed to be connected-which happened two days later. They were meticulous. They place was left absolutely clean. Five stars!!!

Description of Work: Replace roofing and gutters to our 100+ year old house. Very cordial and professional, from start to finish. Did everything they said they would do in the time they said they would do it. There's a lot of company and employee pride here to do things right and treat people well. They totally clean up after themselves, too. We would totally use their services again and are happy to recommend them.

Description of Work: Stripped of old shingles. Installed new lead chimney flashing. Created and installed ridge vent. Ice dams and felt paper. Replaced bad wood. And of course, installed new shingles. What a well oiled machine Willard is. Every man knew his job and they all did it superbly. I watched the total job with only bathroom breaks. I did not see one thing I could criticize. If you need roofing, take my advice--use Willard.

Description of Work: Willard is an outstanding, dependable company. They did a major cleaning of all of our gutters and replaced an entire back roof over a bay window. Will definitely use them again, worth the money.
