Vaughn was extremely responsive and set up an appointment the next business day after I signed up (for a visit the same week). They were very punctual and extremely helpful in making it a painless process...called ahead of time for model of the shower so they had the part when they arrived.

They were a bit late due to traffic. However they were exceptional when they arrived. They replaced the prayer quickly and efficiently. They also said they would come back for a different problem where the bathroom faucet was leaking. They said that we need a new faucet and when we get one, to contact them so they can replace it.

My kitchen faucet fell apart at the end of yesterday's business day; I put in a call to a few plumbers and Greg got back to me first. We communicated last night, I picked up a faucet at Home Depot this morning, and texted Greg when I had it. He and his guy Sean were at my house in less than 30' and the job was completed w/i an hour. I'm pleased w the work and grateful the process was so smooth. Greg was the talker and Sean the worker; it was a pleasure to have my breakfast and coffee with them ;). I will call them for my plumbing needs in the future. I recommend them highly; and, when possible, I recommend Angie's List members help out their plumbers by picking up the equipment ahead of time and saving the plumber a little time and stress! Upon seeing the job the plumber wanted to negotiate his price "for the job" - not on an hourly basis. Charged over $800 for the repair which was completed in a couple of hours. I complained to the ownership and was given a lower price based on time and materials. Buyer beware.

Greg Vaughan was punctual, friendly, and professional. The problem was a leaky toilet. He replaced the tank to bowl bolts and the flex feed line. Greg also looked at a leaky faucet and informed me that a new cartridge (or faucet) was needed. He was respectful of all questions that were asked, and didn't make me feel rushed (I purchased an hour of service). I will be calling Vaughan for my next plumbing service. A pleasure to work with.

Greg Vaughan answered my email request. He was the first to ask to look at the site, and requested photos of the current water heater. This is a cut above what I experienced so far. He has his license # and is an approved BBB business member abiding to their standards. So far so good. I will write up a follow-up to this notation once the job is done. 5 days later: I think that this company is what you want when calling a local contractor. They were definitely professional, knowledgeable, and real in their customer service style. Fair pricing. Took questions in stride. Provided a competent journey man, Shawn, and they were focused in their work in remove the old water heater, and install the new water heater. They even had to get another heater that would fit our small space without a complaint. We chose this company above two others. Their comments online uphold their business, standards for business practices meet the BBB's accountability requirements, and they handled the job professionally, and as customers with respect.

Derek replaced cap on main drain and stopped leak from bathtub drain, which I did not realize was leaking.

Was prompt, set up a date and time quickly. Showed up on time, showed him what needed to be done and he got to work. Could tell he was getting through things as fast as he could to honor the deal I purchased, but did a quality job. Very professional, would bring him back again.

First of all, Greg, the owner was very responsive in communicating with me and setting up an appointment. He, also, let me know that there was a coupon that I could purchase online ahead of time. Derek, who is one of the plumbers, was very prompt and personable. He assessed he situation and let me know what the problem was. Water had been leaking through our kitchen ceiling every time we flushed the toilet upstairs (Not good!). He explained what needed to be done and gave me some options. He, also, helped out in the bathroom downstairs in disconnecting a toilet. I felt Derek was upfront and honest with me and very fair. I would ABSOLUTELY call upon them again for other plumbing jobs. Thank you!

I contacted this provider via Angie's list and got a very prompt response from Greg. Our disposal just suddenly stopped working, and Greg sent someone from his team a day after I contacted him. The guy showed up on time and was very professional. It turns out that our garbage disposal was fine, something just tripped it up and triggered the shut off. The team member who came took 5 min to reset everything and get the disposal working again. He also showed me how to do this myself so we can avoid expensive service calls when it's something simple- I really appreciated that. He also suggested that I buy the Big Deal to pay for the service call. It's hard for me to comment further on the pricing because I don't know what the cost would have been without the deal and only for the short time, but the service was definitely good. I would definitely recommend and would hire in the future if we have other plumbing issues. Greg also emailed me afterward to check how things went, which I thought was a very nice courtesy.

Plumber came by when my son was working and my daughter-in-law was home with three kids under three. She reported that; "He was prompt, respectful, and clean. He was professional and completed the work quickly. He also provided detailed information about what he was doing and why, and what to consider if anything arises in the future. We will use them again!"

Their guy showed up at around 12:30, which is great considering such short notice. He was prompt, efficient, professional, and didn't trash my house, which I really appreciate. He did a great job and got everything working, though it was quite a clog and it took a lot of work. I would definitely use this service again, and it is nice to know there are still guys you can count on.

It was great! I think he realized that I was dealing with a terrible tangled mass of bad DIY left by the previous owner of my condo and was patient and accommodating. He stayed until he had completed all requested projects, even though we had not really discussed the sheer volume of things I needed done beforehand. He was nice, professional, and was a lifesaver. Would definitely use again!

Typical Saturday crisis. Why don't water heaters die on days other than SATURDAY, SUNDAY, OR HOLIDAYS? I guess they do, but not in my experience. Vaughan was over to our place in Jamaica plain within an hour on this Saturday morning and had the job completed by 12:45. They're terrific. Used them before and will always call them in the future. Technician, by the way, was fantastic.

Greg came out on a Sunday to look at the problem with my heater. One of his plumbers came by the next day, and performed the work. He was professional and efficient. He did not try to sell me anything but got it all back in working order!

Job went fine. I discovered afterward that the new assembly requires that the flush handle be held down for 2 seconds before releasing, otherwise the toilet doesn't flush completely. Annoying, but not worth taking another afternoon off work to have them redo the job.

Fixed a leaky pipe in the basement that I had tried to fix myself and made things much worse. ended up having to replace the section of the pipe. Service was more than voucher, but reasonable overall and credited voucher towards total. Some trouble scheduling but once scheduled was prompt and very responsive. As it happened I wasn't able to be home during the service, the plumbers followed my instructions to let themselves in, completed the service, and took the remainder of the payment via a credit card over the phone, making the experience very easy and seamless for me. So far pipe is holding fine!

He was smart, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I was also impressed with how well he cleaned up after the job. I would recommend him to everyone and will definitely hire him again

They did a great job. They were efficient and polite and they were even early. They took the least complicated way to do the work, which I was very happy with.
