We purchased a deal through Angie's List for a clogged disposal. Communication was quick and 2 days later the disposal was unclogged. The delay was mostly due to me using Angie's List for the first time and not using the message center right away. We were charged a small cableing fee of $20 that we were told about up front. So there were no surprises and the work was done well and fast, but I would have preferred to not pay $20 more.

I was very glad to get his help at short noticie. He was very honorable and cheerful about the low-price contract. He accessed both up and downstairs views. Was perfect;y punctual. Diligently diagnosed from above and below. Leak has stopped. The only thing was that he did not come equipped with silicone to seal the fixtures. Would use again.

Chris came out. He was great. I am only confused because Greg, over the phone, did not seem to want to do any more work for me in regard to the plumbing for the basement bathroom I am renovating. Chris told me that Grteg would do any work on the bathroom if I called him and told him what I specifically wanted done, such as the rough plumbing for installation of Simmons shower control and Delta drain with a 1 inch gap between the studs and the finished wall. Greg suggested that I hire a contractor. I don't want to do that. I am quite capable of being my own contractor and subcontracting to a plumber and electrician and finishing the other work myself. I want to continue with Vaughan if I can get them to agree to help me with a little more rough plumbing. Ed Freeman

We had a problem with our tub faucet breaking this past weekend. I popped onto Angie's List this morning to look for a highly rated plumber. It turned out that there was a deal for a service call and one hour of service included for $131. I checked out the ratings and reviews, and figured I'd give them a shot. I received a call form them within two hours of purchase and offering to come out SAME DAY, due to the nature of my emergency! not only that, but I was given a very reasonable range of time to expect them to arrive, and they did so. My house is ancient (1800's), and not all the fixtures are as modern as I would like. A big for instance today, was the main water shut off. Our guy took the time to show me all the issues surrounding the water shut off and how to solve imminent potential problems. He also took care of our tub faucet AND noticed a dripping kitchen sink and repaired that, too (Because he said we had purchased his time and he had plenty left to do it). Wow! It's service like this that you just don't see anymore... ANYWHERE! I am telling all my friends, neighbors, and local family about these folks, and will very happily do business with them again.

Service was prompt & courteous. A couple of unexpected issues came up during the job, which took them past their usual work hours. They solved the problem & did not charge for any extra time spent.

I called to have my faucet replaced after I was unable to remove the existing unit. I called and received same day service which saved me from having no sink with a holiday party in my house the next day. The plumber was very professional, quick and even helped me with another small issue I was having. I will definitely be using this company again!

Greg was very responsive. He sent Chris out at 7:30 the very next day. Work done well and I am off to work by 9:00.

We had a great experience with Vaughan Plumbing and Heating. Answering service was pleasant, took our information, and Greg called me back within 24 hours. Work was scheduled for the following week and they came out on time as scheduled. They did a great job on replacing our bathroom faucet while cleaning up afterwards. Pleasant, professional, great service. Highly recommend and I will use them again for certain.

I bought the 1-hour service voucher of Vaughan Plumbing from Angie?s list. Its regular hourly rate is also reasonable, with no dispatch fee.This is much better than those charging their services by the job. Before I bought the 1-hour voucher, I left a message to the owner Greg Vaughan through his office. He was quick in calling me back to answer all my questions. I found out what parts were needed for the job and what I was buying into with the voucher. I had 2 leaking faucets. I ordered a nice new faucet to replace my old laundry faucet, and got free replacement parts by mail from Delta for my expensive Roman tub faucet, which has lifetime warranty. I made an appointment with Greg, after receiving my new faucet and parts. He quickly scheduled me in. The technician came and did the job in about 1.5 hours, including drilling holes on my laundry sink. He was very patient with our excessive curiosity, explaining his work every step of the way without being carried away from his ongoing job. I thought he was extremely nice and efficient. In additional to the 1-hour voucher, we were charged for only the additional half an hour. The job was very well done. However, I forgot to ask the technician?s name. We definitely will use this service again in the future. In fact, I have already recommended it to my adult son, and will not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who needs a plumbing service.

Greg came by to give us an estimate, and was very helpful with discussing our needs. He was honest and actually convinced us to do less work than we originally wanted to do, explaining the value of keeping some of the current system. We scheduled him for a few days out, and he came on time (actually early) and got the job done same day with two helpers. Greg used high quality materials and followed up with us after the work was done. Would definitely use again.

Hot Water Tank ruptured the morning before a large party at my house (Saturday). Called Vaughan Plumbing to come check fittings of existing tank to see if one was leaking and could be repaired. Serviceman was at house within 30 minutes of call ready to replace any parts required. Upon looking into cause of leak, it was determined that the inner liner had ruptured and could not be repaired. Vaughan had a new tank to my house with 1 hour. When it was all said and done, they had come to the house and reviewed the tank, found it unable to repair, installed a new tank and piping within the course of about 4 hours. I would highly recommend, and will be using them again on future projects.

The plumber arrived on time and finished the job in no time. Definitely use the company again.

Went very well. Toilet had been running and wasting a lot of water and was very inconsistent flushing. Since the replacement parts it's been so much better. Very glad I did this.

First time customer. Called answering service at 7:00 AM on a Saturday. Greg returned call by 7:15 AM and Derek arrived at 8:45 AM. Problem solved! Derek was very professional, clean and thorough. Explained entire process to both my husband and I. Greg was very clear regarding service fee on line and small up charge for a Saturday. Well worth the $, especially with the promptness. We were able to get our water back on and prepare for a friends 60th Birthday. Thank you Greg and Derek. (First time we used Angie's list too)

This was not a straightforward job by any means because the toilet is a very unusual design. The plumber did a phenomenal job. He stuck with it till he got it to work properly where other plumbers would have told me I needed to replace the toilet. It's been about 6 months since he fixed it and the toilet has worked perfectly every since. This toilet has given me problems since it was installed, so the guy worked some magic on it.

One of my toilet required me to lift the tank cover and lift the lever to prevent the water from constantly running every time the toilet is flushed.. The shower needed a plug in the shower (drain). The old plug was not allowing water to drain out of the tub. I bought a deal from Vaughan Plumbing Heating LLC for $131 (1 hour of labor) on August28, 2015. I left some suggested dates for an appointment on Angie's website, they were prompt in calling back and scheduling the appointment. The person I spoke to told me that they would have the bulb mechanism on the truck, however, they wouldn't have the drain plug. The young man that came out was on time, professional, and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely hire them again.

Mr Vaughan was incredibly helpful. He stayed in close touch and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was thoughtful and professional and did a fabulous job. I would certainly hire him again and strongly recommend him. He is knowledgeable, personable, skillful and reliable.
