Off to a great start! I had been trying for months to get a plumber so I bought to $131 visit and one hour from Vaughan Plumbing. They sent Chris out on schedule and he immediately got to work on the faucet replacement. It was a difficult job and he made it look easy. After that he cleared the upstairs sink drain but the tub plumbing was too old and he recommended that I have it replaced. The house is 100 so it is time. They will be back in 3 weeks to do the big job. So far I am very pleased. I don't know the total cost yet but they seem honest and hardworking.

Gregg came to the house to look at the toilet, originally installed in 1932, with a broken flush valve. Originally, the thought was to replace the toilet, but due to the small width of the bathroom, there wouldn't be enough room to stand in front of the toilet to "pee" with the addition of the toilet water tank. His other concern was once you remove the toilet bowl, the flooring could be another major project. Since the toilet bowl was working fine, it made sense to replace the entire valve and keep the bowl. This resulted in a lower cost than a toilet replacement and being able to keep the historic fixture working for many years to come. Derek installed the valve within a few days knowing that we were having seniors over for Father's Day and needed the toilet to work on the first floor. Gregg and Derek's experience in solving this problem is very much appreciated. The work took a few hours and they did an excellent job!

The outdoor faucet was dripping water, and my own efforts to stop it failed. Vaughan Plumbing responded quickly to my phone call, and the plumber came to my house the next morning about half an hour earlier than promised. He called beforehand to make sure that this was OK. He replaced the very old faucet, but there was still a minor leak. He determined that the last portion of the pipe behind the faucet had to be replaced as well in order to remedy the situation. He took care of it, and the problem has been resolved. What I really liked is the quick response to my call, as well as the quality and speed with which the work was done..

Derek visited my home and disconnected the necessary pipes before my new countertop arrived. He gave me his cell number to call after the Pacific Stone men left. When I called Derek he returned the same day so that I would not be without water in the kitchen over night. The work was done efficiently. Derek went right to work and knew exactly how to perform his job. I am delighted with the quality of work done and Derek was professional yet friendly and easy to speak with. He answered my many questions. I highly recommend Vaughan's Plumbing and Derek. Great Job!

Sink tap was not working properly, fixed it

Ok, but was hoping the price wold be as inexpensive as previously used plumbers. The price was about the same.

Fantastic. I purchased an Angie's List deal, and paid an additional amount for the disposal of the old toilet and for the supply hose. I arranged the details and the scheduling with Greg through the Angie's List messaging service -- a bit cumbersome, but we got it done. Derek (sp?) showed up at the appointed time and went right to work. It took him just over an hour. He cleaned up before installing the new toilet, so there wouldn't be a ring where the old toilet was, and again when he was done. He even brought booties with him to protect our wood floor! All in all, Vaughan Plumbing was a great find and I will definitely use them again.

They were very professional and put covers on their feet to protect my floors. They were punctual and very well spoken. They even spoke and were friendly with my children. Derek and Shawn were great and I would use them again. The money I spent was worth every penny!

It went well. however we asked for a couple quotes on some other services and never heard back from them again. The work they did do was great. wish we could have worked with them even more.

Chris looked over a leak coming from my well-trol, advised me to call a well company which I did. Glad he didn't attack a problem he wasn't familiar with. He switched out my broken toilet for the new one and fixed a water pressure problem in my washer. Chris was very pleasant and professional as was Derek who came for the initial assessment. Well. Got quick response and setup of appointment. Plumber completed both the disposal and faucet replacement (both provided by us) - quickly and cleaned up afterwards. One minor issue found later that back of sink needs to be recaulked to stop rising up when pushing down on faucet but didn't notice it while testing the water with the plumber onsite - only found out later in the day.

Chris showed up bright and early as scheduled and finished the job about 2hrs later. Everything went well! The shower is like new!
