Description of Work: Repaired a shower faucet. Vaughan was a bit slow to respond to initial online engagement through Angie's List. AL followed up with them, and once that happened things happened quickly and smoothly. Plumber was very professional, had the right parts, and had the skills to do a tricky repair that might have turned into a big expense in other hands.

Description of Work: Reinstalled toilet that I had removed in order to have new flooring installed in our bathroom. But the coupon on Angie's list. Vaughn was very responsive,came on time and did a high quality job at a fair price.

Description of Work: the tech who did the work was fantastic - great quality, worked hard, polite, professional. however i had some very unpleasant and unprofessional dealings with the owner and as a result, i would never use this company again.

Description of Work: Greg who is the owner is the nicest, big Irish guy. Very strong accent and talks fast but knows his stuff. He installed my new gas heater and did a great job but I believe he charged me $8,000. It was one of those 0% loans from the government and Next Step Living. |Since then I've had issues with him showing up when he said he would (he's way busy) but then again sometimes he'll show up on the same day, which is the kindest of gestures when you don't have heat. |He didn't seem to totally understand the software that runs my system well enough to train me on how to look for specific alerts etc. which is what I would have liked. He can be expensive as most plumbers can be, but then I've found him to be flexible in his pricing as well. He is definitely someone I'd trust to have work done.

Description of Work: We had an old gas dryer we were replacing with an electric one, so we needed the gas lined capped. The plumber from Vaughn's came and quickly did the job. Because we had paid for an hour's worth of work, he also looked at installing a new garbage disposal for us. He explained that the installation would be expensive since he would have to replace much of the existing plumbing. Instead, he was able to get the old disposal working again and we were able to return the new one for a complete refund. He was very professional and we would use them again.

Description of Work: This company was so completely wonderful. I was in need of help right away & Mr. Vaughan took time out of his busy schedule to help me as soon as possible. With solid advice on how to fix the problem, & keeping my budget in mind, he had the whole thing fixed quickly & reliably. I will definitely call him with any future plumbing needs!
