Description of Work: Installed new kitchen sink faucet and replaced leaking toilet flapper. Work went well. We are unhappy with the faucet, but that is not Vaughn's fault. Probably would use again.

Description of Work: We had two toilets that were constantly running after each flush. The flappers were worn and would not close. Vaughan plumbing returned my call promptly, set up a time to do the work and did exactly what they said they would do. They showed up on time, with the parts, did the job, and left. They were professional, I would use them again.

Description of Work: I have had 2 other plumbers in to try to identify the source of a leak in my bathroom. Third time with Vaughan was a charm! I used a $181 "deal" and owed $90. I'm happy to have it resolved but the hourly rate seems very high. He needed to cut through the ceiling to figure out the issue and left a big mess. Shouldn't they clean up or my expectations unreasonable?
