Description of Work: The service provider arrived on time and installed a new faucet for my kitchen and bathroom. He was very professional and finished in a timely manner. He also looked at my outside faucet and told me what could be done to repair it. I will use them again in the future.

Description of Work: They were able to quickly respond and send someone out to my house right before the big blizzard. I ended up needing a new hot water heater and it happened same day. I was impressed by their speed, agility and willingness to work as it was snowing and about to get worse later that day. Professional, nice, easy to work with. Would recommend them.

Description of Work: Converted from oil heat to natural gas. They knew what they were doing. Greg Vaughan was there every day with one or two of his company doing the work. It was more complicated a job than I expected, but they did it right. National Grid was not at all helpful in the process, but Vaughan did well.
