This was a difficult and detailed project and Bruce did an awesome job every step of the way. He was on-time for both the estimate and the day of the project and was very professional- explaining every step he would need to take. I appreciated that he was available to do the work on a weekend. He cleaned-up along the way and even stayed behind after the work was completed to advise us on another project. I won't hesitate to contact him again for our next project. Thanks, Bruce!

Bruce promptly called me back and said he was sorry he couldn't provide the service I wanted, but gave me pointers as to who to look for as well as some industry terminology when describing the damage. He answered all my questions, Very nice, very professional, and I'm still blown away that he actually did help me. I will definitely consider using his services if something in his ballpark should pop up.

Bruce promptly returned a call to schedule an assessment. He was very agreeable as to mutually convenient time for work to be done. Was prompt and organized for the job. Moved appliances, Ripped up rotted section of flooring and replaced and leveled new floor. This was a massive undertaking as this is an old house with many issues. He was patient explaining the process and any changes that came up. Bruce is very good at solving problems creatively. I was grateful for his work facilitating the plumbing work I also had done, and adding accessibility to pipes. He's very good dealing with other contractors. Bruce does top notch work, neatly and precisely, for a very fair price. This is now a room that I'm proud of thanks to him. Thank YOU Handyman!

It turned out fine. He accomplished the primary goal. Scheduling of that was pretty easy. The best was he was punctual and he completed the primary task. The worst was it seemed longer than I had anticipated. Price was a little high for what he did. I would probably try someone else first but he would be fine.

I spoke with Bruce on the phone and although he wasn't the right person for the job, he was so helpful. He took the time to go over each project with me, tell me what kind of contractor would be best for each one. He gave me some really valuable advice. Great communicator! If other projects come up, he would be the first person I would call!

Bruce was communicative and extremely responsive. He asked questions before coming, that allowed him to foresee potential challenges. He was punctual and personable. He explained what he would do step by step. He stayed longer than we had anticipated and did not charge for the extra time. He explained how I could complete the project myself. He was generous with his advice and knowledge. He was explicit about the scope of what he does and does not do.

Bruce was great. I had a long to-do list and he knew what he could and could not do. The work went so well on the first visit that I asked him back to do the weatherstripping. The bathtub job was very difficult, as it had an old, icky plastic strip around the bottom. It looks great now. He also gave me advice on additional work to consider and other professionals to hire for the jobs he was unable to do.

He was professional, amiable, polite, and communicative. His work was A+. I only remembered to write this review because I'm about to write him about more work this summer!

Bruce was incredibly professional and conscientious. I bought the 2 hour handyman coupon and he responded immediately after my purchase. He requested that I send him a picture of the wall unit and we discussed whether he could remove the top piece. He felt that he could do the job for me. He arrived on time and worked very hard to please me. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He had to disconnect cable wires and made sure that everything was neat and in working condition before he left. I would definitely recommend him to my friends!

Bruce is absolutely fantastic!! I recommend him and his work highly, and I plan to use his talents on many future projects!! I purchased an Angie's List deal for two hours of handyman service. We communicated several times before our scheduled appointment about the main project and a few "if you can get to them" projects. He recommended that I text a picture of the main project, then after reviewing it, he recommended the type of replacement piece I should get in anticipation of our appointment. He confirmed our appointment the day before, and showed up precisely at the time we agree upon. He accomplished all of my intended projects plus several more! Bruce is courteous and bright; communicates well and thoroughly before, during and after; offered counsel on how to avoid some potential problems down the road; and even cleaned up when he was done! Bruce exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to working with him many times again!

Bruce was very diligent on what needed to be done. I sent him the pictures and he brought the necessary tools and item i needed to replace the faulty latch. He was done in 2 hrs and sent me pics of the completed project. Very punctual and communicated throughout the process.

Bruce was professional, the day before called to confirm the appt., arrivied on time, accomplished the tasks that we had agreed to and when there was still time left on the 2 hr. Service, asked if there was anything else he could do.

I am very pleased with my experience with Bruce and Thank You Handyman. From the first contact, he was reachable, friendly, and able to set clear expectations about what he would be able to do. He called the day before our agreed upon date to confirm, and came on time. Bruce was very professional, and when we hit a snag in the ability to complete the task, he also was creative in finding a solution. He was efficient, and I was pleased with what he was able to accomplish in two hours. I would and WILL most definitely use him again. So very glad to have found a good local handyman, and now that I see all he can do, I may be in fact calling sooner than planned!

Went great, the work was well done and efficient.

I couldn't have asked for better. I had a large piece of furniture to assemble, and just couldn't. He came, identified problems with the piece, agreed to return after the pieces had been replaced, and provided me with a lovely piece of furniture for my home. He was courteous, timely, a hard worker and he did quality work.

We had a discussion about the project prior to the date and Bruce provided ideas and a list of materials to purchase prior to his arrival. He worked efficiently and did a great job with the repairs. He clean up after thoroughly. I recommend Bruce to others who have work to be done around the house.

Bruce showed up early. He was very thoughtful in his approach toward replacement and honest about the kind of work that would be required to accomplish the tasks. He provided a written estimate within 1 hour of meeting (and left it in the mailbox). We are still deciding on whether to proceed and if so with what kind of hardware (style choices) so we have not yet had Bruce out to work on the services. He really took his time and was not in a rush (even though he met us at 6PM, I'm sure after a full day of work).

Bruce was highly professional, arrived on time and was very professional throughout. He was attenttive about keeping our home clean. His questions were all reasonable and helped him to complete the projects as promised. We would use his services again, and highly recommend him.

Bruce went beyond the call of duty and definitely spent more than the allotted two hours to complete the job.We had many phone calls and texts about what I was supposed to measure and the supplies I was to purchase. When he got here, I had everything all wrong so he went to Lowe's himself. Between the phone calls, going to lowes, witnessing the tenant drama, coming to measure, then coming back to do the job.... Wow. I cannot say enough great things about Bruce. All the while his demeanor stayed cool as a cucumber. He was more than fabulous and that's why he's booked solid for the next month. I want him to come back to do some things but he's book solid! .

I had tried -- several times -- and miserably failed at hanging the three shelves myself. My condo is in an older building, and as Bruce explained the way my walls were constructed, it made sense why I'd had so much trouble. He did the job to perfection, problem-solving through the issues my walls presented. He is great. A real problem solver with an artistic sense. I was so pleased with the work he did and his professionalism that I asked him to look at another home project I have been wanting to do. He looked at the project and told me exactly what he would do -- and gave a fair estimate for the job. I am most certainly going to hire him for that job as well. You can count on him -- for his skill and for his professionalism. He was available to consult with from beginning to end. I give him my highest recommendation.

I purchased the two hours of handyman service for $89. Bruce is a true professional. He contacted me right away to setup an appointment and also called to confirm 1 day prior to the appointment. He completed the scope of work to my satisfaction and also provided suggestions (at my request) on how I could do things differently to save money. I was very pleased with his work and will be a repeat customer.

I had contacted Bruce Terzian to discuss about the various items that needed to be done at my house. I had arranged a time for Bruce to stop by my house to go over the various items to be fixed in detail. Bruce arrived on time and was reachable via phone & text. After reviewing the list of things that needed to be done and inspecting the doors/window and asking questions, Bruce provided a written proposal/estimate on the cost. I thought the cost was very reasonable (given the amount of work involved). I arranged for Bruce to perform the work over three days (Saturday, Sunday and Monday). Over the course of 3 days, Bruce arrived on time and got started right away. On each step of the work, Bruce explained what he was doing and had me review the finished item. Since, I had planned to paint the doors myself, Bruce also provided valuable advice on what type of primer and paint to use for my doors. Bruce also provided information on the proper way to remove/install the window. All the work was completed in 3 days without issue. I am extremely satisfied with Bruce's work. I had Bruce work on the 5 items outlined below. a) Remove existing mortise locks on old doors and install new mortise locks on 11 doors (cut new holes into the doorframe to fit the locks). b) Shaved 9 doors to fit the doorframe. c) Shaved the top sash of the window so the window can be properly be pushed down for locking. d) Install closet pole sockets and closet pole.
