Bruce contacted me shortly after I purchased the coupon and we set up an appointment . When Bruce knew he was going to be a little late for the appointment he contacted me . Bruce arrived at the time he stated. He was professional and seemed to know what he was doing. He checked out the areas I was concerned about and then went right to work. He was here for about 2 hours. After the job was completed he had me come in check it out. He was very careful to be sure that he had plugged up the leaks-(which he had) He was very neat and left everything in its place. We spoke briefly about other jobs I might need done and about what else I could do to further winterize the house. I was very pleased with his work. We are much warmer in our house tonight. I certainly will hire him again. Thanks.

Very Well. Bruce gave me a fair price for the project and was very helpful in taking care of little things as the project went along without charging me extra. He works by the job with quotes for labor and materials. This allows him to work at his own pace and hours to coordinate with his other jobs. But his work came in right on time. Very nice person to work with and eager to please and do a good job. No problems at all and I would definitely hire him again.

Service provider was very punctual about returning phone calls and emails and showing up for appointments. We had a list of small items around the house and on the initial visit we received a itemized proposal with costs. Service provider wanted one-third upon scheduling and reminder upon completion. We were happy to do so to ensure scheduling. Service provider arrived at date and time agreed upon and performed all work in an excellent manner. It was relief to have all the work taken care of. I would definitely use this service provider again.

In all respects, Bruce was professional, honest, thorough and nice. He counseled us on various approaches to our projects and recommended the most efficient (and economical) solutions. His work was careful and exacting. He was also a pleasure to deal with.

Did excellent job, and clean up afterwards. The sheds look new. He also painted small shutter and shadow box for the shed. I would definitely recommend him. He worked hard to make the sheds look perfect. They look new. His price was reasonable. He recommended a gray, which came out perfect. I would definitely recommend him, and I plan to call him again next spring for more odd jobs.

Bruce was great. He initially returned my phone call within 12 hours of my message. He came out within a couple of days to look at the job which was pretty nasty. It entailed crawling around under my porch to put up a wire mesh to barrier to keep raccoons out. We were able to schedule the job within a few days. He arrived promptly to do the work which took him about 2 hours. He was thorough and did exactly what I wanted him to do and I felt the price was very reasonable. I would absolutely hire Bruce again to do work at my house and would recommend him to friends and family.

Bruce performed a good deal of varied excellent work in a short time period for a great price. The volume of work was large with lots of unexpected, add on tasks.

Bruce was so very accommodating to my schedule with the kids & very polite. I felt very comfortable having in my home with me & the kids. He did a great job on the walls. He also came over another day to try to fix my screen door that broke in the wind storm. I would highly recommend him!

Bruce was very responsive and came out and gave us a free estimate on the work. He arrived on time on the scheduled work day and worked for 6 hours without taking a break. The weather was bad and no matter how many times Bruce had to run out to his truck he always removed his shoes before re-entering the house to continue working. He cleaned up when the job was done. The walls look fantastic. I’m very pleased with the workmanship. It was clear to me that Bruce cares about the quality of his work and takes pride in it. I have planned to have him do some outdoor projects once spring arrives!

Bruce helped me out when I was in a time crunch. I needed two decks built within three days, before the closing, for a condo unit I was selling. He arrived on time and worked for three straight days in near zero degree weather. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and made several design suggestions that improved the finished product. The decks turned out beautifully, and we were able to close the sale on schedule.

When I contacted Bruce by phone, he was quick to respond and schedule the job. Bruce gave me a job estimate based on pictures and measurements that I emailed to him. Since I hadn't purchased the closet system, he also gave me purchasing advice. I bought the system and paid for it at a local home center and had it held for pickup. I asked the ThankYou Handyman to also pickup the system and deliver it to me, since it was heavy. Bruce arrived on time and was friendly and professional. He consulted me during the project to make decisions about placement of shelves. I love the closet! The price for the work seemed fair to me. I would hire him again. I have since recommended Bruce to a co-worker who was planning home repairs and needed help.

I like how Bruce breaks out his costs. He also seems very meticulous and precise. My new patio looks great. I like the fact that Bruce knows his limitations and will refer an expert if he does not feel he has the ablity to perform a particular task.
