I have nothing but positive things to say about George and his team. He gave me a very reasonable quote and explained the trade-offs of different options, was on-time and considerate (e.g., asking if there was a separate entrance they could use = there was), was able to fit the job in within the week, and followed up afterwards to make sure everything was satisfactory. I will absolutely call him again!

Quick response and got the job done professionally

Outstanding service. Less than one week from initial contact to completion of the job. Everything done in a professionally, neatly, and to code. No cutting of corners. Fair pricing and relatively quick (about 4.5 hours in total from beginning to end). They even went the extra mile and installed my 3rd party charger and tested it on the car. I'm very pleased and will be happy to call T&G again when I need electrical work done.

George came to price an outlet installation for my new washer. He was so direct and honest and reasonable that I hired him to do it on the spot. Two weeks later the light in my bathroom ceiling fan went out. I called him to come out and instead he diagnosed the problem (correctly) through text and led me through some simple steps to fix it. If I could cook like my mother I would have baked him a pie. Instead I'm writing this review so that everyone knows what a great electrician and person George is.

George was absolutely great! Treated us like family---we consulted on whether to do certain things, and he helped us think things through. Solid work!

Outlet install, dimmers, light fixture install

Got a quick quote that was very competitively priced. Showed up promptly for the actual job and got it done quickly and to a high standard. I am very satisfied with the result.

George diagnosed things over the phone & it turned out to be the disposal just needed resetting. No visit even necessary!

It went great. Half of everything we thought was all on one breaker went out. But we were wrong--it was a different breaker entirely. George flipped the other breaker, and that solved the problem. He was very understanding about our silly mistake, even though he came out on a Saturday morning! We will definitely hire him when we have a real problem.

I started looking for electricians via Angie’s List and placed 6 calls starting around 10:30 am on a Saturday. T&G was the 7th call I made, at about 10:50. By 10:55, George called me back, asked a couple of questions to ensure he’d have the right equipment and gave me an estimate over the phone. He was at our house by 11:10, and finished the job in 15 minutes, including having me inspect his work to ensure I was comfortable with it. Granted, it wasn’t a complicated job, but it was time sensitive as I didn’t know how long the chandelier would hang from the wires before falling. I paid the agreed amount from the phone estimate, and George was on his way. It’s now 11:50 and nobody else even called back yet. My only experience with George is this one job, so i can’t comment on larger / more complicated projects, but he seemed knowledgeable and I’d have no hesitation about calling him back for other small projects.

I was impressed with T&G and would hire them again. The entire experience, from the initial email to the completion of work, was professional, courteous, and transparent.

Problem is fixed. T&G approached the problem very methodically and professionally and were able to identify and fix the problem.

George and his team did a great job with out project. We got some recessed lighting installed and some other miscellaneous tasks. The work they did was great. I would definitely hire them again for my future projects.

George is professional, communicates well, keeps his scheduling commitments and he is a great guy. His team does super work, very clean and crisp. His prices are reasonable. I hired George to fix a problem I couldn't diagnose (turned out to be a dead breaker) and liked his approach and work so much that I hired him again to install indoor and outdoor light fixtures and electrical outlets throughout my newly purchased 1913's home. I will definitely use him again.

I have used T&G for several small projects. Very responsive and courteous. They have done good work and were able to solve a minor lighting issue I was having. Will definitely use again.

George was very responsive. I first called about a problem with a GFCI in my kitchen and he was able to fit me in right away. While he was there I asked about installing pendant lights above the kitchen island. He helped me to choose the type of fixture and said to call when the lights were purchased. I got the lights and George was able to schedule the install soon thereafter. The project went quickly and George and his crew checked in frequently to make sure everything was to my liking. When the lights were in and the area was all cleaned up George made sure I was satisfied. I am very happy with the finished job and will definitely call on T&G for my future electrical work,

George was very fast getting back to me regarding a quote. While other electricians all suggested us to replace the whole breaker for $2,500 - $3,000 in order to add a mini-split, George suggested us to just replace the subpanel. He came to see the panel, and had the work done for us within two days. The whole job only took half a day, and the site was kept very clean from beginning to the end. We are very grateful!
