Overall responsive and helpful. Checked out a clog which was easily remedied. The drain-o I was using must have loosened it up. Shower faucet is really old and they could not easily get a part, and a new one would be a whole other unwanted cost. He tightened it up enough to stop the leak and works fine for now. Got rid of a leak on another faucet. Not sure it was a full 2-hr gig but I think they did the job well and were flexible in dealing with issues so they earned it.

They were very professional, reasonably priced, very efficient and they can get the job done in a lot less time.

Let me start by saying I've used this company since 2011. They have never done me wrong, until now. I've had 3 or 4 or their plumbers out to my house, all professional, good work and prices every time. I have never even considered using another plumber. The pipe under my main upstairs bath tub was rotted and the bath tub was rotted as well in two places. When I called to make an appointment I spoke to a woman who worked in the office, I never spoke to a plumber. I told her it was going to be a difficult job and the pipes were difficult to get to, but she never had a plumber call me, she just booked me in. From what I gather they blocked off a lot of time for me because they wanted to come in a few days first thing in the am. When they arrived, Frank did a lot of staring at the ceiling and didn't say much. After 20 minutes he said he couldn't do the job and recommended I call bath fitters. BF has thousands of complaints with the BBB and consumer affairs not to mentions they want thousands just for a bath unit, I didn't appreciate the recommendation. He also said about 8 feet of the wall would have to come down, which I wasn't having. I have cut outs in the wall and have already got another estimate by my GC who said he could work with just the cut outs. It was pretty obvious from the second he looked at the ceiling he didn't want the job, the way he was huffing. The worst part is I came home today to a $135 bill that said they were here for an hour. They actually arrived at 8:10 and left at 8:50, 40 minutes. Every time I’ve used them I have never thought their prices were unreasonable and I sent a check out as soon as I got the bill. I'm really sad that I have to find another plumber, but I can't continue to do business with someone who charges that kind of money for an estimate, especially when their office is a mile from my house! I guess they don’t care about faithful good paying customers. The worst part is I sent in a letter with the check expressing much of what I've said here and got NO response to it. Very disappointing!

These guys are great. They did the work on our schedule. When things were not quite right, they fixed the issues right away without quibbling. The new system is clean and neat. Tom and Pat are true gentlemen, and Jill is super-responsive. When I need more plumbing work, this is who I will use. Note: The B on price does not not mean high; it means that the cost was exactly in the middle of the five quotes I got. It was a good price for good work and excellent, trustworthy service. Great value.

I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Over the last 10 years they've helped us with furnace problems, water heater problems, stubborn clogs, and general plumbing in two different homes, and they've always been professional, efficient, punctual, and fairly priced. We woke up this morning to a dead hot water heater, fearing that because we were going into a long weekend we'd be without hot water until next week. Roscia's team was here by mid-day, and had a new heater installed and running within 3 hours.

Frank did a great job on replacing wax ring and other related repairs. This is second time I hired Roscia’s Plumbing, they are flexible on scheduling, reasonable pricing, and always punctual. Highly recommended!

From the initial assessment to the final clean-up and help filing for the Mass Save rebate, everyone I dealt with was very professional in every way and also a real pleasure to work with. I called during the day on a Friday and was very pleased that the crew stopped by to access the situation before leaving for the weekend. They were able to secure the leak temporarily until the job could be completed on Monday. I will definitely recommend Roscia's Plumbing and Heating and use them again in the future. Job well done!

I called at 6am to get a quote. He said they could do it the same day. I then called back to explain an issue: the flue was going downward and I was told by another contractor that the 40 gallon tank was actually taller than that of the one there and I did not want to get a smaller volume unit. He sent the guys out and they had a shorter unit, same volume and completed the job. They were very patient with me and my situation-the gas company came with no notice to change out the gas meter...so they had to turn the gas off, etc...they waited, did what they could and then were finally able to get the unit in. Very stressful day in my opinion, but they were polite and very very patient. I asked if they had a drip pan, and when they didn't, they waited for me to run out and get one. So far so good on this unit.

Everything has always been on time and consistent with the estimates.

It went great. Roscia's was very responsive. They arrived within an hour to assess the situation. The project took several days, so I didn't always have the same team working on my boiler, but everyone who worked in my house was punctual, knowledgable and good-natured. Also, Mr. Roscia himself and his daughter Jill were extremely helpful when I was applying for loans and rebates to help with the payment. The only reason I gave a B for the price is because this was going to be an expensive job no matter what. I've used Roscia's before, but this project confirmed that I'll use them again in the future.

Responding to a burst water heater, I found Roscia's Plumbing listing on Angie's List and called Roscia's at 7:15 a.m. My call was answered by the owner Pat. I told him I was a new customer and the situation. I was told they could install a new water heater the same day, and that I would hear back from them in the 8:00 a.m. hour once they figured out logistics and scheduling. As promised, I received a phone call from Pat confirming the install at 8:10 a.m. I received a call from the office when the plumbers were on their way. Two plumbers were on the job, one who has worked for Roscia's for 11 years, and the other who has worked for Roscia's for 2 years. The install was done professionally and they cleaned the work area prior to leaving. The price seemed fair and reasonable for a same-day response, although admittedly I did not shop around. I will probably hire Roscia's to replace the other 12-year old functioning water heater before it bursts.

I have used them several times for a variety of plumbing related needs since I bought my house several years ago. Including replacing my busted hot water heater two years ago. When that went, they responded quickly and I had a new heater in the house in a matter of days. Thankfully. The plumber even went and got a pump to drain all of the water out of the basement for me! They don't always call back right away but when I said something was an emergency, they did call right away. I am very pleased with all the work they've done for me over the years. I'd HIGHLY recommend them if you're in the dedham/west roxbury area.

They are a nice family and easy to deal. The daughter in the office is very good. They always call to confirm the appointments and show up on time.

I had been researching hot water heaters for months as the old one an Eternal was slowly dying and I had time for the building. I hit upon Roscia Plubmbing and Heating. Pat Roscia came out in August and did a very careful inspection of the facilities and asked for Specifications of Parts namely the tank which he did not have which I provided. We got bids and reconsidered and finally determined to go with Roscia. The installation was scheduled for October 13. On Sunday October 4 the hot water heater died and I called the Plumber. I immediately got a call that night saying that they would return and schedule on an Emergency Basis Monday. Monday I receive a call to tell me that they would arrive early Tuesday Morning and they did. The installation was done during the day and was prompt and excellent. The servicemen were a pleasure to deal with. To my eyes they did an excellent job and the heater has been working flawlessly since. Not only did they do the installation they researched and put together forms for the rebate from Gas Networks. I could not recommend a Plumber more than Pat Roscia for significant -plumbing and heating jobs.

They are very helpful, very communitive, very affordable, show up on time, schedule great, I am happy.
