+ 0 moreMR. CRONIN WAS AN EXCELLENT PLUMBER. WHILE RENOVATING MY KITCHEN AND BATH I HAD TO HAVE MY OLD STOVE, DISHWASHER, AND TOILET REMOVED BEFORE INSTALLING NEW FLOORS, I THEN HAD TO HAVE MR. CRONIN RE-INSTALL THE NEW STOVE, TOILET, AND DISHWASHER. WHILE I HAD PREVIOUSLY MADE PLANS WITH MR. CRONIN TO REMOVE THE OLD APPLIANCES AND TOILET, I DID NOT COUNT ON HAVING TO GET A NEW TOILET EVEN THOUGH I KNEW MY CURRENT ONE WAS OLD AND WONKY. MR. CRONIN WAS GOOD ENOUGH TO ENCOURAGE ME TO GET A NEW TOILET SINCE MY OLD ONE NO LONGER MET CURRENT STANDARDS AND HE WAS ABLE TO SECURE AND INSTALL THE NEW TOILET, ALONG WITH THE NEW STOVE AND DISHWASHER WITHIN 2 DAYS. HE WAS VERY EFFICIENT, THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL AND A VERY NICE GUY TO BOOT. ALL IN ALL, I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH HIS WORK AND HE SHOWED UP, WHICH MANY PLUMBERS IN THE PAST SIMPLY DIDN'T. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM, PARTICULARLY FOR THOSE CAMBRIDGE RESIDENTS WHO FEEL THEY ARE BEING RIPPED OFF BY THE OVER-PRICED PLUMBERS FROM BELMONT OR CAMBRIDGE.
Description of Work: MR. CRONIN WORKED AS THE PLUMBER TO UNHOOK MY OLD STOVE SO I COULD REPLACE IT WITH A NEW ONE, AS WELL AS REMOVE MY OLD TOILET AND DISHWASHER AND REPLACE THEM AS WELL. HE ALSO CAPPED AN OLD UN-CAPPED RADIATOR PIPE THAT HAD BEEN LEAKING FOR YEARS.

Description of Work: ONE OF MY PIPES WAS FROZEN. HE THAWED THE PIPES AND REPLACED AND AIR VENT ON A RADIATOR.
