No-nonsense installation. Clean work. System was up and running at the end of the day. Happy with results!

Came on time, respected our dwelling, warned us beforehand what would be involved. Finished the work as specified. Willing explained everything we needed to know about keeping up our new furnace. In summary, did everything we hoped they would do politely and cleanly.

Everything he said he would do, he did. And, WHEN he said he would do it - he came through. Really important since I had no heat.

Efficient, timely, professional. Did every thing he said he would, when he said he would. Refreshing.

8-26-21 We highly recommend Pro H&C for installation of a ductless cooling system. Sean Pike (owner) was thorough in explaining the product we selected (Fujitsu), and gave us the most reasonable estimate for installation (we had no additional costs added to the final bill). The installation was done in record time considering 1) the demand for installation because of heat waves this summer, and 2) availability of the product. Workers installed and adjusted the unit in just a few hours, and cleaned up the site thoroughly. We were highly satisfied and want to acknowledge his professionalism and standards for business practice.

I highly recommend Pro Heating & Cooling . The owner recognized my need for the timely installation of a new boiler system, when other companies callously gave me a window of 3-4 weeks in the middle of freezing weather. To aid the process, the owner also took care of the paperwork needed to apply for a loan, and rebates. This was a complex job, but this company has the teams/expertise necessary to complete the work efficiently.

Getting in touch with Sean was pretty straight forward. Once we finally settled on a date, they were there and on time. I was having my entire HVAC system replaced. The furnace was a small room above my bathroom and the compressor was outside and needed a crane to access it. They were able to get all of this done in one day and so far so good. The most important part of this is his price was much lower than the other estimate I received. The other estimate was higher than what my neighbor paid and they removed the entire roof of her bathroom!!!

My 30 year old boiler, with much fanfare chose to conk out, leaving me without heat as an impending snow storm was in the forecast. After getting outrageous quotes from another HVACs for a new boiler, I lucked out in finding Pro Heating. When Sean learned I was without heat, he gathered his A team and within a couple of days (other companies were saying it would be weeks)installed a high efficiency boiler that was less costly and is far superior to the less efficient boilers that the other companies quoted. Sean and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Pro Heating and Cooling, and have done so already to friends and family!

We chose Pro Heating & Cooling to do an oil to High Efficiency gas boiler conversion. Sean provided a clear and concise quote for the the full job, including a challenging removal of our oil tank. We needed the job done ASAP and Sean was able to accommodate our request and complete the full job in a day. His crews were prompt, and seamlessly coordinated to convert our combo forced hot water and air system while creating a much tidier and well laid out integration with the new boiler and indirect water heater. After the instillation Sean checked in and came to do minor adjustments to ensure the system was dialed in to run perfectly. Lastly, the pricing was great, and the instillation was designed to maximize the available Mass Save rebates for energy efficient systems. I'd recommend Pro Heating without hesitation (as I did to a friend/neighbor)!

Our water heater exploded and we were frantic to get a replacement. Our normal provider in Newton quoted a ridiculous price with an 8 day time frame with no hot water and two boys. Pro Care showed up the same day to provide a quote at half the competition and completed it the next day. They are our only heating provider going forward.

Had a great experience with Pro Heating and Cooling when I needed a min-split installed in my house. Timely, professional work all done on time and within budget. Not to mention great source of information and knowledge when it came to the suppliers and parts for such equipment. Even got a new remote shipped right to my house without me lifting a finger. Would recommend and definitely use again.

We had a great experience with Sean's team, they responded to our request timely and managed to speed up the process to install the boiler 2 days before the first snowstorm this winter season, we really appreciate their help. They are very knowledgeable about the steam boiler system, besides the installation, they spent time to explain what would happen 1 week after the new boiler installed. (banging noise, oil smell) and things worked out as they anticipated after they drain the chemicals 1 week later, the new system works like a charm, no more banging noise or smell!. They also went the extra mile to fixed two leaking valves on two old radiators too. Cannot thank them enough for their help. Great professionals and highly recommend!

Sean went above and beyond! Our 10 year A/C unit failed . . . no replacements parts. We scheduled Sean to come out a few days out online through Home Advisor. Sean called immediately and we explained that we had lung and heart problems. He came over the next day and a new system was installed ahead of schedule. We are very pleased with Sean and his workers.
