An all around great experience getting a heat pump installed. Sean, Diogo, and Fabio did an excellent job, starting with getting a quote, the installation of all the equipment, both inside and outside the house, and a tutorial afterwards about how to use the system and reviewing homeowner maintenance in the future. Looking forward to using the A/C component next summer.

Very unprofessional. Very responsive up until payment. After having been paid (23K), they stopped returning my calls and answering emails. The company volunteered to submit the rebate on my behalf and forgot to do so. Onlyy after 2 months from the install, I received an email saying I should submit the rebate my self. I could have 2+ months on receiving my rebate money if it weren't for them, and avoided a lot of headaches. Additionally, when double checking what was paid, the company acknowledged a miscalculation on their end showing I had overpaid (nothing significant, just 50$). I have asked them to send me a check for the amount owed to me, and they have been ignoring my calls. I would not recommend this company

We absolutely loved working with Sean and his team. The whole process felt genuine with focus on our main issue and what we needed. Never felt like they were being salesmen but truly focused on the service. The follow up was awesome and they were so quick and efficient, really respecting our time. Great workmanship and great humans. Can’t recommend Sean and his team enough.

Sean was very knowledgeable and reliable with the installation of three mini splits in my home.!!!!! He and his workers installed them all in one day and did a great job! Cleaned up and left my home with such wonderful AC. I would recommend him and his company to everyone!

After being quoted >2x the amount by another Heating and Cooling company for Mini Splits, Sean came in and gave us a very reasonable quote that we went with. The quality and service of the job however was more aligned with the first quote for twice as much. His crew was the utmost professional and left the job site clean everyday, and the work came out phenomenal. Sean also was an extremely valuable resource for navigating the MassSave program. I have recommended Pro Heating and Cooling to a few people already, and I don’t plan on stopping.

I called their phone number to make an appointment, and was told someone would call back. No one did. I called again the following week and was told someone would call back. No one did. I sent a message via their website. No response. Perhaps they are too busy to take on new customers--that I could understand--but this lack of response is unprofessional and disrespectful.

Installing the system went very smoothly and quickly. The installer and electrician did a great job and were very professional. I love my A/C system and it also has a heating system that I use all the time as well. This is very effective! I would recommend hiring this company again for future work.

The pro heat crew came and installed two mini splits for me the were worked fast and even gave me a demonstration of how all the settings on remotes work!! I would strongly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.
